    TradingView is TERRIBLE!!! I have MANY complaints. The most recent one is them updating the mobile app so I cannot find my trading options the same way, which cost me MONEY!! Another time was when I paid for the essential plan, and they kept me on the basic plan!I could keep going and if I can start or sign off on a lawsuit I will!They are making me SICK!

    The worst customer service ************* phone support; all inquiries require a paid subscription. My account was auto-renewed on Dec 16. On Dec 20, I received an email about a new login from *****, then another on Jan 1 from *********. I hadnt used the account. That same day, I got an email saying my email was being changed. I filled out the account recovery form and provided the requested ID selfie, but received no response. When I emailed again, I was told they dont provide support via email and to submit a ticket, which I couldnt do due to the fraud. After no reply, I contacted **** to cancel payment. TradingViews refund policy requires contacting support within 14 days, but I could only access the account for 4 days after payment. As of Jan 4, 6pm I had no reply from the company.

    Just woke up to fraudulent charges on my debit card charged thru this company. Emptied my checking account. Now I have to order a new card and go thru all kinds of hassle while I'm already behind on bills. Gotta love it.

    I allowed ****** to "sign me up" giving over my credentials to this website to do some menial thing, I can't remember if it was to read an article or open a webpage. I did not realize that would subject me to multiple times a day spam... When I attempted to go to their website to unsubscribe I had to actually "register" with them, including making an account, and giving them a password, in order to get them to stop spamming me. After doing this, I had to wait 30 days (while they continued to spam me regularly) for them to "delete my account". They routinely provided misleading emails that encouraged me to interact with them more and gave no suggestions, whatsoever, that I had already requested their cancellation. This is, categorically the worst Internet business interaction I've ever had, including with ******, and ***** I will also contact my congressmen, and ***** ******* on ******** That's how bad this is.

    I've never been more upset and angry at a company that I pay for a service than I am with TradingView ******* can't contact a customer support person or email a *** directly about an issue you are having. They first run you around in circles with an AI chat bot that has no option of my issue. Then when you find the support ticket section the specific problem is not there and you can't choose or create 'other'! I picked an issue that really isn't my issue in hopes that I'll be able actually communicate with a human to explain the ******** issue is I signed up for a special $4.76 a month plan and on the second month I'm charged full price!? Because of frustration and lack of support I completely cancelled my service and will never go back. I also want my refund for the full price this month.Customer Service is the most basic thing you can provide people that are paying you!

    HORRIBLE. Had this company charge me twice on my debit card. I've NEVER used them or heard of them. Their customer service is NON-EXISTENT. Filed a theft claim with my bank and they reversed the charge. Apparently this is a notorious issue with this company. THEFT is their bottom line. No one should ever trust these people!! Shame on you for being notorious for facilitating theft and then making sure no one can reach you.

    ... This company (LITERALLY) doesn't have a means for you to contact them UNLESS you are a PAYING customer... It's C.E.O. (Denis G****) is now in my book as THE biggest "dirt-bag" CEO in this country... This is a MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY and it doesn't even so much as have a TELEPHONE NUMBER... just pathetic... EVERYTHING that's wrong with capitalism- imo...
    - I give one start simply because the tech works...

    I have someone from support assigned to my account. I m not getting any help from him and I Don't have a way to complain or get someone else's attention to help me from Tradingview.
    Basically I'm at the mercy of this one person he gets to decide he wants to help me with support or just ignore me for over a week. This is crazy

    These people absolutely SUCK! I cancelled my 30 day trial, but they charged me anyway. Now I find out that I cannot contact them for a refund. The ONLY option on their website is to cancel the auto renewal, but that's for the next charge. I want my money back, this is stealing, but there is no way to get in touch.
    The phone number shown to the right here, goes to a voicemail, and does not indicate that it is even TradingView.

    According to the billing history for your account, the trial had not been canceled. You submitted a refund request ticket on January 17 and were refunded in full the same day.
