    My father-in-law paid over $10000 for a walk in shower and they did not give him the shower door he paid for. They claim their computer system miscalculated and the door that he picked would not fit but they would order him the correct door which is over 2 months ago and they have not done that. We spoke to them twice on the phone with promises both times and they've never returned our calls. The cheap door they put in is a trip hazard my father-in-law 75 years old and we picked the door that had no threshold the trip over. They lied and they're not keeping their promise

    This person is not a customer of our company. His father in-law did purchase a shower that we installed in mid September. Due to some unfortunate circumstances the original shower door that was ordered for his home would not work as the result of unique circumstances. As a result, we agreed to purchase and install a different shower to serve as a temporary fix while we wait for the new custom-sized shower door. Most companies would only provide a shower curtain rod at best. However, we strive to go above and beyond for our customers, so we incurred the extra expense. Custom sized shower doors can require an extremely long lead time, which we thoroughly explained. Never-the-less as the result of impatience, our customer's son in-law has made some false and defamatory statements online. Claiming that we have failed to communicate which we have documentation of voice calls and text messages. He has also referred to our company as "rip offs". He has stated in this online forum that we have lied and we are not keeping promises. All of these statements are false and when made in the public marketplace cause our company to incur quantifiable damages. We will be receiving the new custom replacement shower door soon and will be in the position to complete the project to the homeowners preferences but as a result of these recent developments, we will need to confer with legal counsel to see how the matter of the false and defamatory statements will be handle before we can commit to making any further efforts for this homeowner.
