    Bath Expo let me regain my independence after my wife died by replacing my cast iron tub with a new walk in shower. I'm happy I don't have to worry about slipping in the shower. Will came in gave me confidence that this is what I needed and Jeff was done in only two days. If you want to get a shower put in around Youngstown bath expo left me well pleased.

    ***** *** **** are a plus to Window & Bath Exo. They were very efficient in removing tub, wall tiles, sink and counter top and installation of shower, sink,counter top and all plumbing material. There were no scraps of any kind inside or outside, clean up was immaculate.
    This team is worthy of five star rating. I will definately recommen this company for bathroom remodeling.

    Overall A highly efficient and enjoyable installation experience with A World Class Warranty and an experienced professional team. **** and ****** did the demolition in a flash. The installation was perfect. Will Aey sold the project with a smile and left me with a confident feeling that things would get done right. Thank you BATH EXPO!!!

    ** did an outstanding job on our bathroom remodel in Columbia Station, Ohio—his craftsmanship is top-notch. From the first visit, Will made the process easy, guiding us through design choices and keeping us updated so there were no surprises. The project finished on schedule, the workspace stayed clean throughout, and the result looks even better than we hoped. Highly recommend this team!

    After a horrible experience with another bath remodeling company a couple of years ago, I dreaded trying to find someone who would not disappoint for our 2nd bath that needed done. I came across Bath Depot (now Bath Expo) shopping at ******** and set up a visit, uncertain how it would go. Project Manager **** ****** came to our home and that apprehension began to fade. **** listened, he cared that we were burned before and he assured us that this company would not behave the same. He walked us through the process and guided us to help achieve our needs and the look I wanted. Installation came and we had *** ********* as our installer (with help from wonderful ****) and this promise was realized. From the moment I met *** and saw him start to work, I knew we were in great hands. He was thorough, detailed, very conscientious to protect our dark and delicate hardwood floors along the path to outside, even while carting out remnants of our very sharp porcelain tub that he had to bust out. He cared about the quality of his work, our home (not a scratch on it) and our satisfaction with the final product, he was respectful and trustworthy and we enjoyed having him in our home for the entire project. Anyone getting him as their installer is very lucky, he is fantastic!! And the results are gorgeous-the bathroom is everything I had hoped for and the process was even more. Thank you Bath Expo for restoring my faith in bathroom remodelers. 5 ?? and many more!!! THANK

    Bath Expo recently installed a new shower in my master bathroom. My project manager, ****, made the whole process seamless. My installers, ** *** **** were fabulous. They were prompt, professional and very respectful of my time and my home. I could not be more pleased with whole experience. I highly recommend Bath Expo!
