1 starIn February I was manipulated by ****** **** ***** which is a company backed by most of the popular fox news host. I was sent an email and saw advertisements backing the use of ******* **** ***** by them. ****** **** ***** uses equity trust to do business so this review will be about the both of them. If it wasn't for my grandson I would have spend my whole retirement savings on gold ira which if you actually got it in return would not be a big deal but what it doesn't tell you in equity trust contract is that when you withdraw your physical gold or money physically they take 30-60% of your whole account and they do not have to give you your gold immediately when you ask it can take month's. Luckly my grandson spotted this and had me cancel one day before I was supposed to convert my money to gold once it is converted there is no going back you are going to lose a lot of money. Keep in mind that even if you kept an account for 20 years with them they get to take 30-60 % when you withdrawal and think they plan is that your dead by then and your kids wont know what you put in originally so they can pocket rest . I went to a big bank institution near me and they explained to me how this all works it is scam and you should be careful. They still have my money as of today even though the day after I signed the contract I tried to cancel and they are forcing me to pay the 250 fee to get out my XX,000 amount of money. If you want to get your money turned into physical gold go buy gold coin's or gold bars at shop that you physically goto. I have told equity I will takedown this review if they refund the money morally I know i should keep it up but I want my 250 dollars back so I hope this reaches as many of you as possible before they give me my money back or they pay google to take this down. We had considerable opportunities to work with Equity Trust for many of our business transactions. Unfortunately, our experience with Equity Trust Investment processors was far from satisfactory. The Investment Processor team lacked professionalism and often left clients in the dark. Communication was extremely poor and it felt like a cultural thing. Despite having multiple transactions with them each year, only a few of the Investment Processors kept us in the loop of the steps involved. Most of them were unresponsive and the phone number provided was not even working. We were left at their mercy to get the paperwork done and it was really disappointing that in the end, the title company and seller were still waiting for Equity Trust to process the funds although we had submitted the request many days ago. It was very frustrating and disappointing.

Very bad of equity trust , my Rollover check was sent and was received by equity trust on Monday and up till now I can’t find my deposit and then my supposed traditional Ira account for the roll over is now locked with no explanation from equity trust and no email or message or an alert yo tell me why or give me a reason . This pathetic and sad ??Equity Trust Company

I have had an IRA with Equity Trust for the last 10 years and I tell everyone about how great they are. Not only can I invest in real estate and crypto in the same account but the fees are really reasonable. I have checked out other competitors and they nickel and dime you for everything but with Equity it is all included.Equity Trust Company

I have had a SDIRA with Equity Trust for several years now. Their maintenance fees are reasonable and I have never had a problem interfacing with the people who work there. Their website is simple and easy to navigate.Equity Trust Company
