  After reading the past reviews, I can now see that my situation and the lack of communication at CSU is not an isolated case. I work for a school district and am part of a union in California. I had just become aware of a free college program that had become available through my union and CSU. However after applying and sending in various transcripts, I didn't receive any definitive notification about whether or not I was accepted. I reached out through phone call and email and had a similar experience as other reviewers. No one ever knew the answer to my question, everyone simply kept referring me to someone else. I applied in January of 2022. In July 2022 the free college program was halted and only students that were already enrolled could continue in the program. I would have still been able to benefit from this program if the people there could get their jobs done! Without that program I can't afford tuition and I don't want to be tied down to student loans for years to come. I can't really speak for the teachers or other staff since I didn't get a chance to actually receive instruction.

  If I could give this University one zero, I would; it's by far the worst College Institution I've ever attended, I've paid for multiple transcripts that are required to apply for specific jobs and graduate school, and to date, I've received nothing my transcript still currently shows continuing student. I've called their helpline, which is a complete joke. They take your complaint and send an email, nothing more. No genuine assistance is provided. They also sent my stimulus payment to the wrong address twice and refused to send it, although I never received it. I've complained so much about these two matters and have received assistance. I want this nightmare to be over. All I want is fairness. I completed school in early July and still have ongoing issues. Please do not attend this University. I know it's much better Institutions out there.

  Horrible Institution. I agree with the last two reviews. They are incapable of their jobs. No one know's anything. Worst experience. They always refer you to others, and nothing gets done! I also wasted money on transcripts. They should be investigated. It is a joke!
