Beth B******* was AMAZING at helping us find our next home and sell our house!! She was patient, kind, went above and beyond when we were dealing with a difficult seller. We’re so grateful to have met her! We know we will stay in contact throughout the years and if we ever decide to sell again we will most definitely use her. We love you Beth!!

This is one of the worse experiences that I have every had with a realtor. My complaint is on a realtor that came to my residence and showed my home to a buyer. She had no idea on my home, and when the offer to buy was made, the realtor, Beth B*******, came in with not knowing any of the information about my home nor did she attempt to find out when the information was sitting on the table for all to see. Now comes when the offer came in. Beth B******* found my neighbors phone number and gave it to the possible buyer to introduce themselves to her. And this was during a time when my neighbors husband was getting ready to pass away. I went over to my neighbors house to give condolence to her and she was angry that and thought that I gave them her number. I explained to her that I would never do that since I did not know these people and it was something that was not ethical. These people came to my residence to look at my garage the next week and I did yell at the realtor and the buyer for doing such a thing. This was only the start of a time that I truly regret selling my house to these people and having this realtor, Beth B******* into my home and acting so unprofessional. I have come to find out that she had no clue how to handle a sale of a home, even though she told my realtor and she has had years of experience. She called my realtor, multiple times asking her what she had to do if the buyers of my house did not sell their home. And by what my realtor has told me, she has called multiple times. This company sent in a gentleman in to do an inspection of my residence, He had no clue what he was doing. He stated I need GIF's in the kitchen and bathrooms, he did not look for they were there. He said that an outside garage was not adequate for the electric, and my electrician came and looked at it and it was, but I did make some upgrades. There is so much to complain about.

"This is absolutely false!!! This lady has attacked my buyers and me in her driveway. She has attacked the title company, she has attacked the
neighbor she is talking about on Facebook and last week she told her listing
agent she was going to call and report me because my buyers want to do a walk
through on her house before we close on it Friday" This is the statement from Beth. As a company, we stand by our agents. Beth B******* has an upstanding reputation with reputable reviews and satisfied customers. We do not believe that this review holds any merit in reference to the service that we provide to our community. Thank you.

Don't waste your time with this company all they ever want to do is text you a bunch of nonsense BS with a bot.
(that's a computer program for those of you that don't know)
It does nothing but ask the same stupid questions over and over again and waste your time. This company has nothing near a personal touch and doesn't even care apparently.
Stay away if you value your time, go with a real company that has real people to talk to.

Hello Mr. ****, Thank you for reaching out to our company. You contacted us through a third party called *****. This is a lead service and does use bots. I have spoken to the agent to which you spoke to yesterday and she did tell me that you yelled at her and told her to go to **** and then hung up on her. ***** did what it was designed to do and it sent you to an agent on duty. Cedar One does not control *****. This situation could have been avoided if you would have called our office directly and spoke to an agent. Thank you

You have until the end of business day on Friday 10-28-2023 to rescind the response AND apologize for lying about my interaction with CRYSTAL ********** The ENTIRE conversation was had on a recorded line, and will be used to defend myself from these gross and libelous statements she, and now you have publicly made concerning me. Also the conversation will be made public along with a link to this review on several sites including *******, ******** and ****** to name a few as proof that your agents are willing to lie about customers when they get caught spamming them.
As for ***** I have no idea who this company is, and I never imitated contact with them. I contacted Crystal DIRECTLY through her listing on ***********, so if I was being sent texts from another company it was your office that released my number to them.
Finally you agreed to the following line when you posted your comment on the BBB website,
"I certify the accuracy of my comment, and agree that my comment will not contain any threats, hate, personal attacks, libelous or defamatory content."
I will forward this to my Legal counsel on Monday if it is not corrected, and will send a link of the published conversation to the BBB as well as proof that their policy was violated as explained above as well.
