  We would highly recommend NOT using Krupp Moving and Storage. We are very disappointed in how everything has transpired. We moved from Ohio to Illinois. We selected Krupp and then met with their representative and discussed our concerns. We pointed out all the items that needed extra care. We were told to inform the movers the day of the move. The insurance company called to have us secure insurance for the move 2 hours before the move. We took out the appropriate amount of insurance necessary. Due to Krupp's costly storage over 8 ½ months, we certainly anticipated a much smoother, professional, and caring move in July of 2022. The one driver showed me the broken leg from the TV stand. He said he would fix it when he returned the following week. He did not. He advised me to claim it. He also informed me that the 5’ round Italian Marble table top was destroyed. He said it was the last thing put into one of the vaults for storage and when the vault was opened, someone wasn’t paying attention and the marble table top fell out and was shattered. Again, claim it. I contacted Krupp and spoke to **** to air our frustrations who said he would have the lady from the claims company send me the paperwork which I received July 28, 2022. I continued to unpack and make notes of damages I found along the way. What I found was highly inexcusable. I sent 65 emails and a spreadsheet with details April 20 & 21, 2023 noting $13,000 of damages. We finally received an email on October 20, 2023, from ****** at Moving Claims Services reimbursing us for $0.00! Therefore, the logical question arises, “What good did it do to purchase VERY expensive insurance?” We are very disappointed in Krupp Moving and Storage, as well as Moving Claims Service. Our only option is to file a law suit. We have written this review to save other movers from the huge disappointment, grief, and expense that we have been put through to no avail. We would NEVER recommend KRUPP MOVING AND STORAGE to anyone.

  The crew led by ****, was on time, professional and they did a great job. They moved some large pieces into our house including a couple of large items going up a narrow stairwell with two right turns....they did scrape a wall but it could have been much worse. They moved and reset all of our items to my wifes liking. I was pleased and the crews overall performamce should be commended for their service and efficiency

  My parents used this company to move the contents of their home, and this moving company does not handle the claims process in-house. It is farmed out to a third party company that requires an exhaustive amount of detail on each damaged item. This process takes weeks to review, and then denies almost everything based on the word of 'the crew' that made the move. The 'crew' says that they didn't see things when we clearly pointed out what arrived damaged/shattered/broken or with grease stains. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. One star is too high of a rating for this company and its claims process.

  Worst experience with a moving company. Packers missed packing my pots and pans and under kitchen sink. When delivering to new locations, several items were broke and no accountability. Sent off to some third party insurance company which requires receipt of broken items to show their value or proof off value.

  The 4 gentlemen from Krupp Moving were outstanding; they were prompt, courteous, conscience of our requests, polite and very careful moving our belongings. I would definitely recommend Krupp Moving!! Their prices were actually a little cheaper than two other companies I called. We made a very good choice.

  They moved us at the end of May 2023 to be in our house by June 1st. The salesman *** said he would charge for 2 days but would adjust the rate down if only 1 days. 8 men and 2 trucks including travel time from the warehouse to our home in Columbus to Thornville was less than 9 hours and back to the warehouse. Our large TV was destroyed and other furniture as well. The walls were damaged. I have called 6 times with no offers to help in the cost of the move and over $1300 in damage ***** ****** ***** ******* **** **** ********** * **** *****

  Moving is a pain, but Krupp and the crew of *************, and ****** went above and beyond to make our move go smoothly! They are the only movers I know of with the practice of putting back together anything they take apart. We had a futon we could not disassemble and they handled it without any problems. They were fast but careful, efficient yet also relaxed enough to be friendly and personable. Everything arrived in excellent condition including a lot of antique glass doors on cabinets (which they actually wrapped, not just used blankets). Impressive and professional!! Highly recommend!

  I recommend Krupp Moving & Storage very highly. Our move was done on May 03, 2023, a rainy miserable day. They provided excellent service. The gentlemen that did our move were ****, *******, *** & ******. This was the best move ever. They really cared about us & our belongings. Everything was handled with the greatest care. Everything was put back together & placed where it belonged. I cannot thank these men enough. If I were able to rate them higher, I would give then a 10+. They were quick & professional. They made this move fun, if moving could be fun. Thank you again. Sincerely, ****** *
