Exceptional customer service from the initial transaction to the very end of the transportation of the vehicle. I was fortunate to have a dedicated broker ******* ********** and respectful and responsible driver ***** ***** . They provided me prompt and professional service, because of this I was able to transport my late sons car to a different location. I highly recommend them. ******* was straight forward, informative and didnt play games. Offered and held his competitive price. The trucking company Drivemates Logistics hit their pickup and delivery windows and communicated very well on delivery times while transporting the car. This is the 4th time Ive used Easy Auto to ship a vehicle. ******* makes the entire process SO easy. Everything was perfect! The vehicle was picked up and dropped off on-time and as expected. Ill start by saying, I think everything is a **** so Im always apprehensive using a new company to do something. The fear of having your money ripped off or your car stolen isnt settling. Easy Auto Ship is legitimate.This is the second time I have booked with Easy Auto Ship and had ******* ********** as my contact. Shes great.She helped me ship my car from ** to ******, ** the first time. ($1200)No issues and the carrier driver even drove my car to me since the side streets near the house were too narrow and I wasnt able to meet the driver. When it came time to ship my car back to ** I initially tried a different company, *********. I was trying to save some money and I had so many texts with lower quotes coming in($950). Longer story short, there was an issue with the carrier they booked. Suddenly, it was sorry. Youre off the beaten path so there arent any drivers. They barely kept me in the loop. I had Lindsays email saved so I explained my situation and she called me back right away. Now Im 2 days away from needing to leave. I couldnt stay with my car at that point. I had to pay a little extra to get a carrier interested ($1700), but it all worked out and ******* kept me informed the whole time. I have to move to ** in a few weeks and Ill be using Easy Auto Ship and ******* as my *** again.Easy Auto Ship
