Excellent service and follow up. ***** did a great job! Driver delivered my *********************** to my new house. Delivery was sooner than was expected. Driver was very professional. ***** followed up calling me twice to assure me that a driver would be found, and found one about a week earlier than anticipated. I HIGHLY recommend U Ship to anyone. 1 starThis company gave me one bud, promised to pick it up and no communication and then I call the very next week and now the price went up, promising to pick it up. Two unfamiliar drivers (inexperienced) picked it up and said it will be dropped off within two weeks. Two weeks go by and my uncle or I heard from the two men. I called their number and it wouldnt go through. I receive a texted message from someone who cant speak English and is wanting me to send him the address. I then began texting him back because he wouldnt answer his phone. I ask what car are you trying to deliver in ******** ******? He then tells me that the original drivers truck broke down and this guy by the name of ***** picked it up. I would never use this company again.
