      I had a door installed on 3-27-23. The installer Mr **** was professional, friendly and knew what he was doing. He cleaned up afterwards. I need more home improvements projects and Window world have my business. 5 stars for them

      My wife and I purchased 7 sliding patio doors in December of 2021. We understood there would be a 12 week lead time on the doors which was fine. That would put the installation date around the end of March or beginning of April of 2022. After calling and calling and get little to no information from them on when then doors would be installed they finally got someone to put them in, in June of 2022. The installation was terrible. Miss matched locks, one door had to be slammed so it would lock. Another door would barely open. I asked him about it, and he told me that was service work and he didn't do service. After multiple calls to get service out, they finally arrived and we gave them a list of everything that was wrong, *** says oh, they didn't tell me any of this, I just have a couple of screens. And, all the doors will have to be reinstalled because they were so bad. He'll have to reschedule. After multiple calls, he comes out and "reinstalls" the doors. No screens. Multiple calls later and the screens they now have are the wrong ones, they have to reorder. More time, more calls. Got new screens, except they're the wrong ones again. Final time they come out, after the owner promised he'd taken care of it. Service guy calls and tells me they sent the wrong screens again. I tell them to forget it, we don't even won't the screens since the can't get them right. Owner wants us to pay for them even though they can't and haven't been able to provide the right screen doors. And, finally today, the owner calls me and says, he's had enough. Starts swearing at me because he feels he's done enough. Then says he's going to drop screens off at our house and hangs up on me. Quality character! This company is terrible! **************** is terrible! Anything truthful they tell you...non existent!

      We apologize for the product deficiencies you received. Our records show that we corrected the issues (other than the screens) on October 10 and provided compensation for the inconvenience. In regards to the screens, we ordered a complete set of new screens to insure that that are all the same and working properly. We hope you will reconsider accepting the screens.

      I would believe them if it wasn't the fifth time we've heard this same story, yet nothing changes. The owner claims to have "done enough for us" and hung up on me. We've heard nothing from them since. And, let's not forget that its taken a full year to get to this point.

      THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!We ordered our ********************* back in September of 2021 and our project is STILL not complete. These people have made up every excuse possible as to why the windows took 9 months to come in and why they cant finish the job. Their communication is the absolute worst, if it even exists. I called monthly for an update on our arrival of our order and they said 2 more weeks. Well I think I heard that excuse 10 times from at least 3-4 different employees. We had an appointment scheduled today to hopefully finish our project and they canceled yet again- nothing surprising at this point. They are full of lies and excuses and have let us down so many times. We have spent hours and hours of headaches and frustration on them. This has been the biggest mistake choosing them to replace all of our windows in our new home. RUN WHILE YOU CAN!

      If you need a company that will back up their work and work hard to make you happy, I would recommend Window World. I had some issues with my two exterior doors and two storm door installations, and they did everything they could, went above and beyond to make me happy. Things happen sometimes, and things don't always go as they should. When bad things do happen it is good to know that someone cares and will work hard to correct the issues. If your interested in what happened, read on. Window World came out to install two exterior doors and two Storm doors at my **************, **. residence. The original WW installer who came out was very late. Due to his late start he had rushed through the install and did a very bad job on one of the doors. He also failed to install some basic parts of the storm doors, latch plates, extenders, etc. I was upset with the install and contacted WW and they responded right away. I received a call from a installer supervisor, who came out and told me that to fix the door the way I wanted, meant that the entire door had to be removed to fix the issue and tried to get me to agree to a different method that i knew would not work. I really felt more upset because I felt he wasn't listening to me. So I contacted the general manager and from that point on I felt I was being heard. He came out within a few days and reviewed all the issues and promised they would all be fixed. Within a week, I had three, yes three installers come out, they spent 6 hours at my house and they fixed everything that was an issue and did a fantastic job. They even found a few things that could have been done better, and redid them. Now my new doors look amazing and work wonderfully. I have a lifetime warranty for the exterior doors and the storm doors and my wife and I would use WW again.
