1 starAfter Hurricane Ida I had Window World give me an estimate for 7 new windows and signed a contract with them on 10/23/21. I had to wait several months for the windows to be made. On 12/13/21 the installers showed up to install the new windows. I noticed that the 2 front bedroom windows were not wide enough and tried to stop the installers from installing the windows. Unfortunately the installers could speak very little English and didn’t have a supervisor or someone who could speak English with them. So they removed my old windows and installed the new ones anyway. I was not pleased with the way the windows fit and tried to get the situation resolved. I contacted the Corporate Office about the problem and talked to 5 or more people about the situation over 20 something times. Finally someone came to my home to look at the windows and told me that there wasn’t anything they could do, only because it would have cost them money to remove the windows they installed and have the right ones fabricated and re-installed. In my opinion that is a poor way to do business.Review fromTwanna S

1 starWas not please at all with the work they did, I had to call them so many times about the job. As of now still haven’t got the issue resolved. The work on my sunroom looks like a DIY. They do not even deserve know star not even a one star. Please do not use them for nothing!Review fromAnnie M

1 starI have been waiting for almost a year to have two picture windows replaced from a scratch. Once I finally received the replacements the windows were tinted a blue green color, very different from my original order and the other two front picture windows. I contacted WW several times and they sent 2 people out in disbelief that this was true. I sent pictures and everything. So, they came back out to replace to two tinted windows but they changed out my original two clear windows and now I have what they wanted me to have. This is not what I paid for. They are not contacting me to resolve this. I paid thousands of dollars to have my entire house done by them and they are not accommodating me to give me what I paid for. I sent this message April 12, 2023 at 5:20pm, to them below. No one answered. No one has called. No one cares, but they got all my money and this how they treat their customers."Hello Adiah, I'm not happy with this I have the blue tinted windows. This is not what I wanted. So I paid for clear n got nothing what I ordered. How can I be accommodated? How can you make me happy from this situation? I have waited for years n this is the result. 5 starsWindow world was quick throughout the whole process from requesting an estimate to having someone come out that week and even the second measurement! My windows came in faster than expected and they were able to install the next day. The removal of the old windows and installation of the new ones was about 5-6 hours and the crew installing was very friendly and made sure we did a walk through of all the new windows and did a check to make sure they functioned properly. Everything was quick and easy. From setting up the initial quote, to the tech coming out to measure as well as the installation itself. Communication was open and we were given updates about the picture window and double hangs we ordered throughout the entire process. Excellent service!

5 starsFrom start to finish, we have to say we are extremely happy with our window replacements. We were told the lead time could be several weeks, but they were installed much quicker than we expected which was a huge bonus! Their customer service is spot on, and they were always in contact with us during the process. They installed our windows in a day, and cleaned up as if they weren't even here. From the sales rep, to customer service over the phone and text messages, to the installers...thank you so much for your amazing service. 5 starsCustom made, *** ???? made windows!!! Really intelligent design! Super fast four man crew installed 23 windows in a single day. And that included a massive bay window! Superb finishing job and absolutely no mess!Now the crewFour of the nicest men that ever worked at out home. Very pleasant and highly professional. They got along well with each other and with us. The work was done harmoniously and mixed with much laughter and comradery. It was a great experience for us and we would be happy to welcome them back in our home again anytime!
