    We went through Arnolds when we first moved to ********* because fort sill does not provide a fence. We paid $770 out of pocket for 2 years and 1 year free. We moved after one year and wanted our money back because we moved into a house that already had a fence ( not Arnolds fence). The owner (*****) told us that it is there fence and they would not be sending our money. She then later spoke to my husband and said the check would be to us within 10 ********* never received a check. We had told them to come up to pick up the fence when we moved into the new house we did not want it and they never came. Last time we spoke to ***** she was accusing us of stealing a fence. They have a poor attitude towards customers. They never answer their phones & rarely return the messages you leave. The only point of contact is via phone call & messages. Our contract says we can terminate anytime as long as we give them a 5 day notice. ***** tried to say housing would inform them of our move but ********* housing (corvias) says they do not do that. Its been over 30 days and we still havent received a refund
