1 starDo not use this company extremely unprofessional and misleading.From the start, our experience was disappointing. We were told we could cancel services at any time, which was one of the reasons we initially agreed to sign up. However, the very first service was poorly executed. The technician entered our home without wearing shoe covers, and the treatment was sprayed excessively leaving puddles, streaks, and residue on our floors, walls, and window *****.When we contacted the company, they admitted that booties should have been worn and the sprayer was likely on the wrong setting. We decided to give them a second chance, but unfortunately, after the follow-up service, there was still no noticeable improvement in pest control. We were then told the lack of results was due to spider mating season and recent rain.When we called to cancel, we were informed we had to repay the discounted rate of the initial service something that was never disclosed to us beforehand. Speaking with the office manager, ********, only made things worse. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and interrupted repeatedly while I tried to explain our concerns. She claimed we had agreed to a contract similar to *******, complete with hidden fees and cancellation penalties none of which were ever communicated to us before or during signup. Even she admitted that information isn't disclosed ********** make matters worse, ******** drafted funds from our account without authorization and refused to allow us to speak with anyone else, claiming she makes all the decisions.This company operates with poor customer service, hidden fees, and questionable business practices.Review fromDave C

1 starSo, on April 17th, 2025 one of Titan's employees showed up to my door selling their service. He showed me the billing on his phone where I also agreed to the 1 year service. And then received an email detailing about the service for April 18th between 1pm and 3pm. I called that morning according to my call records and and my memory to cancel the service. ******** told me at the time, that it would be fine and that if I cancelled and decided to call back to reactivate she could not offer the same discount. I told her that was fine and therefore to still cancel. She NEVER directed me to read the service agreement on the proper way of cancelling by writing them a letter of cancellation and not a verbal. So later the technician came to the house and did his job, me thinking that it was because I already paid the initial amount of $50 so that took care of that particular service and since I had cancelled that morning it would be done and they would keep their $50 for there 1 time service. On 5/19/2025 I notice another $40 charge on my account. I call and speak to, once again ********, who literally tries to tell me that on April 28th they had come out and I told them that everything was good. First of all, it was the 18th of April, and second, yes she called me that day to ask how it went, and I told her I was satisfied with the service that I had gotten at that time, still believing it was all cancelled from talking to her that morning, and they would not be showing up again in the future. She then told me it would be a $219 fee to get out of the service agreement because I had waited so long to officially cancel, basically lying and stating it was my fault, when in FACT, I had cancelled the service the morning of April 18th. She kept stating it was April 28th when they did the service and it wasn't. I even have the receipt showing he completed the service on April 18th. 1 starThe actual pest work they did seemed to be okay, but their billing practices are not so hot.We signed a year contract with them, paying $45. per month. They only come to your home every 3 months, unless you have a visual pest problem, then you can call them and they will come out again and spray. Our problem with this company is that after the one year contract ended. they continued to bill us the following month. We did not ask to sign on for yet another year. I had phoned them and asked, 'when is our final payment on the contract?'-she told me in May. June came around and I found they had billed us for $45. again. When I called and explained that we did not sign on for another year, she told me that I had failed to call and cancel. ?? If a contract begins in May and ends in May the following year, what is there to cancel?? The contract ended. But she would not refund our $45. paid, which also caused us to incur an overdraft fee of $29. I don't think this company has ethical billing practices.Titan Pest Solutions

1 starI had a salesman come to my house as I was pulling up from work. As I am getting out of my car and getting my toddlers out he starts asking of I would like to use their service. I asked how much and he said $200 and something. I told him I couldn't afford that and he said well I can do it for $40 and I I still said I can't afford that. He then drops it to $30. At the time I didn't even have $30 I my account to process so he calls his office and they agreed to spray that day and wouldn't charge my card until Friday when I got paid. As I am trying to keep my 2 toddlers from running in the street he tells me it's $30 and I asked so it's just $30 and he says yes. He said he was giving me a really good deal and not to talk about it with my neighbors since they are paying full price. He goes over the contract on his phone and just scroll through it saying this is what we discussed (which it wasn't) and me trying to ****** 2 toddlers just signs where he tells me to without actually reading. I do realize I should have read it. But for a salesman to be that shady with no integrity or accountability I will never do business with them again. After I seen they charged another $40 I called to ask what that was for and then Office lady ***** tells me that's what I agreed to and there wasn't anything they could do to change it. So now they have sent me to collections for $260. Worst customer service and I can see its a trend. I believe their 5 star reviews are fake and just people they know personally.Titan Pest Solutions

********************* signed up for Quarterly Pest Control on 03/15/2023 and we servied her house on 03/16/2023. The account had no working phone numbers and we had been trying to reach her up until 09/05/2023 before sending the account over to collections for non payment after over 120 days.Review fromBob E

1 starThe person who came by acted like he was the owner of the company and said he was servicing my neighbor "Wayne" and pointed a few houses over and across the street. He offered a special "get to know us" discount from their normal rate. He said they would charge $65 on the first visit and $40 on each subsequent visit, which would be every 2-3 months. He said "all I'm asking is for you to give us a few months to earn your business" and that was why he could offer it for only $40 per visit. After I said I would give them a try, he held out his phone and had me sign in a small box with my finger.
When I was surprised by a bill the next month, I called and told them I was billed but that no one came by and did a service. That is when the representative "Jennifer" told me that it was a monthly charge of $40 and QUARTERLY services. She then sent me a copy of the one page contract that I signed (but had not read) which stated in microscopic print that I was agreeing to a 12 month service agreement and would be charged over $200 if I cancelled.

I am sorry for the negative experience you have. As a company we go to get lengths for any customer to understand what the terms are of our service agreement. Our sales representative goes over the terms and ************** (a different representative) also goes over the welcome letter which explains the service terms. In this situation this did occur as well. Our contract is 4 paragraphs long, so it is definitely not a tough read. We email that to you before the service happens so it can be reviewed. No company could ever do a pest control treatment for $40 a quarter. The chemical alone is more than that. Then factoring in labor, fuel, insurance, equipment, a service is way more expensive than that. We break up the quarterly treatments into monthly payments to help the consumer budget more efficiently. If you would prefer to pay the $120 quarterly rather than monthly, we can do that for you. 1 starSalesman that came to my house was awesome! But, when it came time to getting my property sprayed, it was absolutely awful. Barely sprayed anything, and didn’t spray in the house or in the garage at all, and there were still bugs and spiders everywhere. We were moving out of state, and didn’t need the service after 2 months. Apparently you sign a year contract and if you want to cancel, they charge you $200. Was told the GM would call me to dispute, but he never did, so they just sent it to collections. Their customer service is horrible, and their techs are horrible. They will not do the job that they inform their salespeople they do. This company is essentially a scam, and I highly recommend you choose a different pest control company.Titan Pest Solutions

************ was provided a copy of the agreement. The only reason we were given that they wanted to cancel was because they were moving. The other comments are without merit and were never given to us as a reason of cancellation. With thousands of happy customers to label us a scam is slanderous and without any merit.
