      The Bless UR Heart website no longer works. I have a monthly subscription with them and want to cancel. How can I do that if their website is broken?

      I have been subscribing to a ****** subscription club from this business for several years. In the last 3 years they have started not completing their orders and not responding to customers when they reach out to them. I have tried to cancel my subscription due to the fact that they still keep taking out a subscription fee but they are not fulfilling orders. They still take out a fee every month even after many attempts to cancel. They have shut off the only listed phone number on their website so you cannot call and talk to anyone. They have not completed orders in months for my subscription club shirts. They do not respond to emails to any address that I can find to ask for a cancellation. They owe me 9 unfulfilled orders (that is only what is listed on my customer account on their website- there are several more that were never fulfilled because they were "having family problems" and then they were "having trouble getting shirts ordered to print on them for their order fulfillment". It is 9 orders at $16.94 per order ($152.46 total) is what I am requesting and to have my subscription cancelled so they stop deducting money from my bank account monthly.I have pictures of my account data on their site, I have order numbers also.

      I placed an online order on November 3. As of today *** sent 8 emails and 4 ******** messages. Ive replied to many of their ******** posts. Ive called 2 or 3 different phone numbers Ive found online. I cant get in touch with anyone! I paid $114 and havent received a thing! They wont respond to anything. *** never had an issue with this company before. But this is beyond ridiculous. I want a refund

      I've had a monthly ****** subscription with this company for over 5 years. The automatic payments and product delivery were always on schedule. Within the last 2 years this has not been the case. I paid August 1, 2024, September 1, 2024 and October 1, 2024. On December 26th I received the Oct. 1 purchase, which was a Christmas tshirt. In the package was the receipt with a highlighted order date of 10/1/2024 so why was it delivered almost 3 months later. I have yet to receive the August and September shirts or a refund. I have called and emailed multiple times with NO response. Now the website doesn't work so I cannot cancel my subscription going forward. I would appreciate contact from the company to resolve all of these issues and specifically know how to cancel so I am not continuously charged without receiving a product.

      I was signed up for their sweet tee subscription, they was really good at the beginning. But they have gotten good at changing my card, then not sending out the tees. I have canceled my subscription. After I have sent 3 or 4 emails with no response. I am owed at least 5 tees with shipping. And Im sure more but they will alone let me go back so far in my account with them.

      This company offers monthly subscription services where you pay a monthly fee and they are to send various products that you are signed up for. For many years I have been on a monthly subscription of what is called their sweet tee and I am to receive a tshirt every month. This past year and a half they have not been fulfilling their orders, yet keep charging my bank account for their service. Earlier this year, I was able to get in touch with someone regarding this matter, however they sent me numerous shirts that I already had in order to just fulfill the order. They are currently several months behind on my shipments and are not responding to emails, messages, and their phone is not working. While I have canceled my subscription, I have noticed that they are still selling items on their fb page and others have complained that theyre not receiving their orders either. This is not fair and I would like a refund for my own products that I have not received.

      I have sent several emails and left messages on their phone. After going over my transactions with my bank regarding my subscription order from this company, we have gotten the information correct in order to pay me. My three previous emails did not have the correct totals. I have been ordering from this company for several years through subscription, and *** never had a problem until 2023 December after that date, I was not receiving my T-shirts After discussing with my bank several times, they told me that I need to cancel the subscription in October 2024. I canceled my subscription in 2024 and two of my charges were refunded through the bank. My credit card actually got charged twice in October. After receiving four T-shirts from an email in September, my bank stated to me that it was my best interest to keep reaching out to this business for previous charges. After talking with the bank one last time, they advised me the only thing that I can do is tell the company that I was charged in December 2023, January 2024 twice (1) (15) , March, and May with no shirts. If they could please refund the money or send 5 shirts. The only reason Im not claiming June, July, August and September its because **** sent me four shirts. After another email, he said he was going to send me two more shirts and that never happened. The four shirts do not make up for all of the other charges. At the point, can someone just refund my money.

      I signed up for their monthly sweet T-shirt subscription in June 2024. I had an issue with not receiving the free T-shirt they give you when signing up, but another one was sent out promptly. I've received two shirts on the subscription but have paid for four. I have yet to receive August 2024 and September 2024. I'm the one doing the contacting. They don't reach out to let you know there are issues. And then the promises of getting the shirt mailed next week come and still nothing, but they continue to take my money and still continue to promise. I am also a returning customer. I loved this company and their shirts several years back when I did this. But man, this company has definitely stopped caring for its customers. Are their issues in the family, especially issues that stop a company from fulfilling order commitments, but.. still continue to take our money and there's been 2 others that has complained of it happening to them as well. How many more are there? Why are they still able to take these orders from us? I just want my money back. I really wanted my shirts, but that's not going to happen, I've been waiting, I've been lied to. Can't let this continue, I work too hard for my money.

      And I did get a refund for one month this morning. . If I do get the item then I'll be more than satisfied. 

      Don't know if it will take more than 10 days to get the item.

      Starting October 23 i have had issues with my subscription. I have the same issues as the other complaints. I have emailed and reached out on ******** with no response. I have enjoyed my shirts for I believe 4 years and have never had a problem until now. I have been charged 7 months (180$) and have not received the product . I really just need to know if this is going to be fixed or if its going to continue going like this Im trying to find out if I need to cancel my subscription which I really dont want to

      I have complained once, i did receive some of the orders; however its back to being charged and not receiving my product. I have attached a photo of my account for reference. I have paid for and not received 11 shirts!! Please send me my shirts! I will be stopping my subscription immediately!!
