      On 11/27/24 I was redeeming a free car wash at Quick N Clean Car Wash - *******************************************. The attendant offered me free car washes for a month for $1. I tried to pay with cash, but was told I could not pay with cash and only with a credit card, which I did. Then I was then told it would be a recurring monthly charge, but I could cancel anytime. I tried cancelling on their website, but got an error stating it could not be processed. I filled out an online form and sent an email to cancel but never got a response. I also called the number on their website many times, the mailbox is always full. I requested to cancel on 12/10/24 and again on 12/18/24 in person and was told it would be cancelled. I noticed the $20 charge, returned on 12/30/24 and was told someone would call me, it would be cancelled, I would be credited the $20 charge. No one has called or reversed the charge. The attendant on 12/30/24 stated there have been many problems with membership billing and cancellations and assured me it would be resolved.

      We sent an email to ** ***** ********* letting him know that we issued another check and verified his address, and he confirmed that the address was correct-He should have received the ***** refund check.

      On June 26th, 2024, I went through the Quick N Clean car wash on *******. I have done this many times before as I had a membership. This day I went through the car wash and heard a loud noise. I thought it was the machine until I got out of the car wash and saw a huge crack starting at the top of my windshield all the way to the middle drivers past my mirror. I went directly to the employee to let them know and they took the incident down. After a week of review, the manager told me that they could see on the camera that I came in and didnt have a broken windshield and could see that when I left the car wash that it was broken. He asked me to come back at my convience because they needed more pictures. I went on July 3rd, 2024 to give more pictures. He then warned me that they probably will deny my claim because of the hot weather and if I had micro chips in my glass, going into the car wash could potentially make the glass break. He said the last two prior glass incidents they denied so not to get my hopes up that they would pay for it. I said there isnt any chips that you can see in my glass that would be associated with this. I do have a star in my glass that is fixed and has been on the car since week 2 of getting it. My car is 3 years old currently. The star is not located in that location or even going towards that break which will be included. The manager said since that star was there that it jeopardized my glass strength so they wouldnt pay most likely. I gave an example of having a door ding and you ran into me with your car, you wouldnt have to pay for it? And he didnt have anything to say to that. I just dont understand how they can send me a sign that says they are not responsible for any glass because they can have micro chips in it. That means they will never pay for anything even when its their fault. My biggest thing is how can a company see my car went into the car wash and came out and then came out broken that they cant be responsible.

      Date of Transaction: April 7, 2024 Amount Paid: $20.00 for a Lava Luster Wash.The dispute is, I have used this Car Wash since it opened in ************ to clean both of my Vehicles without incident until April 7th. We recently purchased a Pre-Owned 2022 ***** Tahoe in excellent condition on 3/2/2024. I took my vehicle to the wash on 4/7/2024 for the wash mentioned above. There were no scratches or *** anywhere on my vehicle prior to me entering the wash. As I exited the wash, I pulled in a bay as I normally do to vacuum and do a wipe down. When I got to my driver door, I noticed some scratches that would not wipe off. I then proceeded to rub my hand over the scratches only to find the scratches penetrated the Clear coat on my Tahoe. I immediately alerted the staff, and a gentleman by the name of "*****" came over to inspect and said he would go review the video footage and get back with me. As I continued to wipe down my vehicle, ***** returned and advised the video did not show any scratches on my vehicle prior to me going into the wash. He then gave me paperwork to fill out and I did and handed it back into him and he advised someone would be following up with me on this incident. Well after a few days elapsed, I had not heard anything so I stopped by the wash and asked for a contact name and phone I could follow up with. I then email the district manager *********************** with my complaint. I received no response so I decided to call the phone number on the business card. *** answered and said he was on site that day and ask if I would stop by. I immediately went over and met with him and reviewed footage of my visit. Well after several follow **** I received an email reply yesterday 4/17/2024 with several distorted images of my vehicle at the wash on 4/7/2024, and the email was advising they are denying my claim. The reason given, they washed over 300 vehicles that day and none one had an incident but me. More to say but out of characters...
