      They never canceled my membership after many times of going up there to cancel it. The last time I went to ********* membership I decided to go through the wash this last time I went to cancel it since I will be charged the rest of the month and when we went through we heard a loud pop like glass broke and when we came out the wash I went to ******** out to notice the tail.light came off with video evidence telling me my car was fine going though and they see the light coming off in the wash they are not responsible for the damage

      Suffered severe damage to my drivers side mirror. This company has denied my claim that their machines caused the damage, even with video evidence.
