      Bought a ************************ January, and I'm pretty certain it was a lemon and they knew all about it. Had the car for 2 weeks then engine light came on, found out I had a coolant leak that was leaking into the turbo, 2 heat temperature sensors went out, along with the camshaft timing. I've called them multiple times since these issues and they have dodge every call and ignored every voicemail. I even offered to sell it back to them for $2,000 cheaper than I bought it for just so I wouldn't have to look at it just sitting in my drive. Good job ferguson kia you scammed another one.

      ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! As a young Native American female, I was and still am getting taken advantage of by Ferguson Kia! I honestly believe they sold me a lemon! I bought a brand new *** K5 EX and had it for maybe a week due to A/C issues. Scheduled an appointment with the service department to figure out what was wrong. They ordered the part and gave me a loaner for the time being. It was a fight for updates for me on the part. They had my car for around 6 months! I went through so many loaners! For the 3 years I have had it, they have had it on there lot and in the shop for 1 year total! My K5 is now just wasting away on their back lot due to needing a new engine! It shouldn't need a new engine! I have had nothing but trouble with this car! They are not helping me at all! I will never go through them again or buy another *** ******** I have no loaner and I am having to drive my mom's car for work. They just keep beating around the ****! IT'S RIDICULOUS!! 10/10 do NOT recommend coming to them for anything! This was my first car buying experience and it was horrible!

      Worst car dealer in the ***************. Service technician lies right to your face then you check them on it then they dont wanna do the work. Got caught in their lies.

      Ferguson Kia has had my car for two months. It was stolen. ***************** has cut them the check. They promised that it wouldve been done September 20. I go up there today just to see what the progress is on it absolutely nothing Caden my service tech lied to me and told me that Sure its been detailed that I said hey can I see the key I want to take a look at it go over there. Nothing has been done on my vehicle still sitting there with a flat tire at least put air in the tire. Then the service manager decided he is no longer going to accept my vehicle to do the work because I asked hey what should I get an attorney come to find out? Im not the only one who thinks that this is the worst service in the city of *****. Do not take your car there do not trust them. They are nothing but a scheme, a bad faith company I would not buy anything from them And I **** sure wouldnt take my vehicle up there to get serviced. I know nothing will be done after this review. Looks like Im not the only one that gives him bad reviews. They dont even answer it. Good luck happy hunting and stay away from Ferguson superstores

      Unethical Sales Practices at Subaru Motors Ferguson I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Subaru Motors Ferguson in ************. During the process of finalizing the purchase of my leased Subaru Crosstrek 2021, I encountered unethical sales practices that I believe warrant attention.I worked with a Subaru finance manager named *******, who unfortunately engaged in misleading tactics to sell me an extra protection warranty. Not only did ******* fail to disclose that the warranty was not affiliated with Subaru, as I was led to believe, but he also provided inaccurate information regarding the additional cost. What was initially presented as a $40 monthly increase turned out to be a combined cost of $5400, more than double the amount quoted.Upon discovering these discrepancies, I promptly returned to the dealership to cancel the warranty. While I await reimbursement, I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others. Transparency and honesty are essential in any transaction, and the lack thereof at Subaru Motors Ferguson is deeply concerning.I urge potential customers to exercise caution and thoroughly review all documentation before finalizing any agreements at this dealership. It is my hope that this review prompts Subaru Motors to address these issues and uphold the highest standards of integrity and customer service.

      Absolutely atrocious customer service after the sale! Simple repairs will take 3 weeks plus with no loaners available. Management could care less! Will Absolutely never recommend anyone to buy from this establishment! This is not a one time problem either! They have done this 3x on same car and I am finally at 3rd party warranty so I don't have to set foot on thier grounds again!! I am blown away by the positive reviews on here and suspect they are the management! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

      One of the best in class sales and finance team in town. First, Luke ***** is phenomenal at getting you into a dream vehicle that is in budget. He was extremely honest as he said he was not qualified to sell Subaru, but he never left through the process and ensured a smooth process from start to finish. He introduced me to Amanda and she went above and beyond to make sure I knew all the features of the new car! Then the folks in finance Brandon treated me like they would a their own family member. The service department seems on par also with all their technology. In short, looking for a car? Think Ferguson first you will not be disappointed.

      For a 2020 Subaru Crosstek needed a new roof antenna. Ferguson Parts Department said the part would cost $64.00 with a $450.00 calibration charge. Called the Service Department at Bob Moore Subaru-Oklahoma City. They stated that under no condition is a roof antenna in need of calibration. Antenna installed with no calibration and it works fine.

      Had a great experience from sales to finance and service. Quick and easy purchase process, finance had all of my paperwork ready and my salesperson, even introduced to my service advisor so I knew who to ask for if anything went wrong with my vehicle! Very happy!

      I just purchased a used car from Ferguson KIA in Broken Arrow. To say that my experience with them was good, would be an understatement.
      I located the car online, and asked for information. Soon after, someone contacted me about the car. I went to the dealership and met with the saleswoman. She was so very nice and helpful. Absolutely no pressure at all! I told her that I would consider the car, and left. After contacting her to ask if the car was still available, I returned to Ferguson and purchased the car.
      Buying a car is right up there with going to the dentist on my avoidance list. However, this time I was a winner. I noticed that most of the negative reviews on this website concern their service department. I can't speak to that subject. I just wanted to say that, if you are in the market for a used (or new) car, Ferguson is the place to go.
