      Worst Service Ever!!! I believe this dealership HATES WOMAN, VETERANS AND DISABLED CHILDREN. I brought my car to them in April of 2023. They had the vehicle for over a month due to part on back order. After I received my vehicle, I was having problems will the car not going 20 mph. So I took it back, they had to call for 3 weeks and would not answer my calls or gave me an updates. So I went to get my car back but to my surprise my vehicle had a huge scratch from the back window to the bumper and my taillight was broken. I showed them the damage and they acted like they had no idea it was there. They told they would have the part in 2 days and would call me to come back in. 3 weeks they never called and when i would call they would not answer any of my calls. Finally, I got a hold of someone and they told me to bring it in. Dallas told me it would be done at 12pm but when 12pm came no call. I called later that day and I was told they could not get to it (why didn't they call me and tell me that?). End of day the next day still no call so i went up there and my car was not done. A week later they sent it to a body shop for 3 days. I got the car back and the tailgate doesn't work. They said they would have to send it back to the body shop and they would call me for the appointment. NO CALL!!! This has been months now they will not fix they mistake. I have a disabled son and I cant trust my vehicle to get us somewhere safely but we have no choice.

      Engage in deceptive business practices. Last time I came for an oil change, my tire had a bald spot and they wanted to sell me a new set they had on sale.
      Today, I came for an oil change and a transmission service. It was quoted as $163.00. They now say the transmission service.is $250 alone.
      They brought a very dusty cabin filter to me my first time here and I paid over $75 to have it changed. Since then, I have seen this happen multiple times with other customers. I will not be bringing my vehicle back to this business.

      I found a car. And was told I was financing at one price then came back two day later and was told to resign for a better interest rate. But the found out that they financing the wrong car and year of the vehicle and then change the buyer and co buyer nMe in the wrong spot so co buyer owners the car not the buyer. The bank said they didn't accept the loan for the vehicle. So it was return to the dealership then change it again and now my payment are more . I call the dealership they keep passing g me off. And have not received title to the car 4months later. They seem to can find my title. So right now the co buyer is the owner and not the buyer.

      The financial representative did not show us the itemized list of what we were buying. He added extra warrantees that we did not agree to and signed our name. They did not give us a copy of our contract. After we left, we requested a copy. After examination of it, we realized he had added to it. We called them. He denied it. We are still trying to get them to remove the extra warrantees.

      My wife went to this dealer a couple of hours ago and sat in the new car sales area. There were several sales reps walking around but she couldn't get anyone to wait on her. They knew she was there but just ignored her. We had every intent on buying a new car today, but since they don't seem to care whether they sell a car or not, she just left. They were not busy when she was there, so I don't know what their problem was. It was a wasted trip.
