      HORRIBLE! We waited on the side of the road with 4 kids until nearly 2am only to be told they were never coming. I had to call multiple times until their dispatch woke up to answer. They picked up the job through our insurance roadside assistance. If your insurance roadside assistance gets picked up by this company. Call someone else!

      Horrible experience, not reputable at all. I have 24/7 roadside assistance through ******************** and this company tried to scam me out of $250 cash on the spot even with my coverage through SF. They said it was a complex job and late at night and they couldnt help me unless I gave them $250 right then. On top of that, it took them 2 1/2 hours to arrive and the person showed up in a very old service truck and told me he didnt have very much experience and was afraid to tow my newer car because he might damage it. Needless to say, I said leave the car . The next morning, Speedys towing came and gave me excellent service. Certainly wasnt too complex for them to handle in a matter of minutes. Needed to post this bc as a female, this was insulting and I want others to avoid this treatment too.

      Horrible service, horrible communication, horrible follow-through. With such a high amount of negative reviews for this company, its amazing theyre are still in business. After 4 hours of waiting, with no communication from this tow company, my insurance company had to find another company. The new tow company arrived within an hour. St Michaels is by far the worst and most incompetent tow company Ive ever used.

      Worst customer service ever! They lack of empathy and respect for their customers is a zero star rating as far I'm concerned. They told me I was a moron because I didn't know how to cancel my service without being charged. Rude- I would rather walk than use this service.

      Tow truck driver stole my keys. He dropped me and my car off at a tire shop and said he was going to go “re-trace his steps” to find my keys. He never showed back up. Not only are my car keys gone, but so are the keys to my house. The driver and the company are not returning any of my calls. St. Michael’s Towing is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt.
