      Signed an electronic agreement that I do not have a copy of I have paid to have my system maintenanced every month but now being told services are every other month I was told that I purchased a maintenance plan and then was told by the office manager that what I is an insurance policy. Which one is it? Sounds very deceiving and not consumer friendly. I have paid $65.00 to have chlorine tablets put in once a month in my system but my system has not had any tablets installed during the initial visit or in the last 60 days even though my credit card has been charged.I believe this businesses practices are fraudulent and deceptive and should be reviewed.

      As a homeowner I appreciate the opportunity to reduce my initial estimate on my repairs to my aerobic septic system by $600.00 dollars but the fact remains that information that was provided verballyat the time of repairs on the Maintenance Plan you offered on that day do NOT coincide with the written plan I received. 

      I have received 3 copies of there maintenance plan from you office but none of the copies are the plan that I electronically signed on the date of the repairs. Why is that?

      I was verbally told that both my trash tank and my overflow tank would be pumped annually by the technician but your Plan states only the trash tank to be pumped as part of the plan. Why is that?

      The plan bills me monthly. The billing is what I was told. I assumed that since was billed monthly, the service was going to be rendered monthly but tat is not the case. You bill monthly but service every other month. Why is that?

      You offer these maintenance plans when the consumer is concentrating on repairs, saving money and avoiding further issues, provide no hard copy of the agreement and only provide the agreement when requested. Why is that?

      I called on numerous occasions to express my concerns on my initial repair, the equipment that was installed and the maintenance on my equipment but I was put off and treated with the respect tat consumers deserve. Your office manager need to be retrained or removed in my opinion. She does not interact well they your customers.

      I will note that all my initial complaints have been resolved at this time but I would be remise if I did not express my concerns as to how and when your maintenance plans are explained to your future customers, especially the elderly.

      I would like to show that we did email him the signed agreement & its showing that he opened it on 8/20/2024. We have also reached out to the customer and gave further details to what is all included in our maintenance plan. After our phone conversation we sent out our technician to help add tablets to his system, answer any questions he had in person and let him know that the maintenance plan we offer is to help them it is a not a contract they are able to cancel anytime they want but as long as they stay on our plan then anytime they call with any problems with their aerobic system all parts and labor covered. There's no paneities or fees for cancelling our plan if someone wants off of it they just have to call the office and let us know.
