      Long story short, these people do not communicate nor do they have any customer ********************** at all. I had to get the call log from my electric provider to find out what really happened at my house. They had their apprenticeship employees install my aerobic system and the young man ended up messing around with my meter and the disconnect to my garage. By not knowing what he was dealing with he overloaded the power to septic and tripped the transformer by the road and burnt the lines from the meter to the power box above the septic and some of the lines in that septic box. They were supposed to go install a disconnect solely for the septic and didn't do that until after the whole issue and we made it a point for them to do that. Communication has been awful, customer ********************** is nonexistent, and good luck trying to get decent service out of them.

      THEY RIPPED US OFF TELLING US WE NEEDED 5500 DOLLARS WORTH OF WORK AND WHEN THEY WERE DONE WE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. THE BURIED THEIR TRASH IN OUR YARD AND I SPENT HOURS DIGGING IT UP AND THROWING IT AWAY .. THEY SAID MULTIPLE TIMES THEY WOULD COME OUT AND FIX IT AND NEVER DID.. NO USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING

      We quoted a fair price to do the work needed to fix for system. You agreed to our analysis and proposal and authorized us to proceed. We completed the job and agreed for you to hold $1000 because it was too wet for us to properly backfill which was fine with me. In that time there was a warranty callback for a leak that had developed which we returned and repaired. We then came back out once it had dried a little bit and did the backfill sending you pictures of everything showing it was returned to better than rough grade. You still refuse to pay the balance as you agreed upon. I will always go the extra mile to make a customer happy. I have not been made aware of any additional issues that we need to rectify. We stood behind our work and have addressed any and all issues you had that I was aware of. Please do as you said you would and pay your bill or let me know what else you expect us to do to make you happy. My Name is **** and you can call me Anytime!

      Trying to sell $5500 jet and frac instead of Pumping tank i requested

      I am sorry *** i dont see you in our records of being a customer. Please contact our office and ask for ****. We pride ourselves in not only pumping a system when we find a backing up lateral field but evaluating the situation to make sure we are properly solving the problem. I would be more than happy to further explain the reasons a jetting job would be recomended. We are always more than happy to pump a system if that is what is needed.
