    We have been waiting for our mother's headstone which he have ordered over a year ago. We have place almost $1000 for our deposit and we have been told they will contact us whenever it's ready. I we ordered that last year July and within these 13 months they never ever tried to reach us about the stone. We called bunch of times , once they received our call and told us the same repeated thing that they will let us know whenever it's ready. That's the only time they received our call. After that every single time we called, they never picked up the police or reach back to us. We went to visit their store during June and the lady was having hard time answering our questions about the headstone, and give us the fake promise of delivering the stone within a month. It's almost end of August, we haven't received a single email or call from them about the headstone. We tried to call them , which went straight to their voicemail, saying they went to a cruise on holiday and they will be back next year. Absolutely horrible experience with them. We really want BBB to take some action about this fraud business. Thank you !
