    ****** in the **************** speaks very rudely and is discouraging to customers! Don't be surprised when your customers don't want to deal with her! I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years and honestly the let 6 months has been a nightmare because of her! She needs lots of customer service training!

    They are rude and are not willing to work with you...I have been harassed non stop, calling twice a day ..she tries to use scare tactics because all they care about is getting their money ...tried to serve me with papers and ended up serving my 16 yr old daughter..100% do not recommend..I am using a national debt relief program but she wasn't trying to hear nothing bout it just wanted my payment..***** is the absolute rudest .. wouldn't give them a star rating at all but was made to so I could leave a review

    Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had from a loan company. Constant harassment and threats of lawsuits. They have even been known to even show at someones house. They only about profit and not for customer service.

    *** had a loan thru the ****** branch for a while without any issues but today I went in to bump it up after I received a letter stating I was pre-approved for the **** loan. The person working there was a little snobbish and informed me that she couldnt bump it up more than a hundred until I make a few payments and prove myself. Well its not always what you say but how you say it and for her it was both! She informed me that there was no way that she could sell my truck to recoup her loan if I defaulted but the kbb price is more than 3 time the amount I was trying to borrow. She was very rude and condescending

    In response to the review made by *************************, we have taken a look at the review made and the supervisor ***************************** of the Red River Credit office of ****** was made aware of the issues. ***** spoke with the office, reviewed the account and the customer will be receiving a call shortly to discuss the solutions available to her.
