    I purchased a home from Red River last year. They built a swale behind our home and three others, as our home is on the low side of the neighborhood. The problem was that they did not create a place for the water to go, so that water ends at our front yard. ALOT of water. In one year the swale has eroded, causing massive flooding. They said that they would create proper drainage, to the retention pond across the street from under the road. They can't even continue to build on our street until they fix this because the entire street is flooding because of this! I have been trying to get them to do what they promised to do for a year and now they absolutely refuse to respond. Our yard has completely flooded multiple times, causing a river in our back yard where the swale didn't hold and all of the electrical boxes in the front yard completely submerged into water. We've now replanted grass 3 times. This is not a small amount of water. It is also flooding our entire culdesac, causing neighbors to not even be able to get to their cars on a rainy day without being ankle deep in water. ******* and ****** are not trustworthy. What they fail to understand is that their lack of being willing to do jobs right causes problems that affect the livelihood of the people who purchase their homes- current and future homeowners. How can others trust in them to build in the neighborhoods or purchase their homes if this is the level of care they have? To them we are just another buyer but this is our home. These are common construction drainage issues that should be completed prior to ever building. We feel completely taken advantage of and are forced to take legal action. SO many people in our neighborhood are struggling with all kinds of problems. This is not normal! I would love to work with them to get this fixed in a civil manner but they just refuse to even respond. Please contact me Red River Homes!
