  I have gone over this many times, but every time I look at the subfloor that was installed I tear up. Gaps everywhere, one piece wasnt completely cut and another piece got shoved in on top of it, causing a dip. I specifically told them to leave a notch in the subfloor for the outlet of our stove. Literally just a half dollar sized notch on the side for placement of the outlet, which the wire runs under the house. I even took the corded outlet and put it on the stud near the wall where the notch would need to be. They didnt do this. After my husband called, their response was that they dont do electrical work. This was nothing other than cutting a space in a subfloor board. They told my husband that they would have to see when they could schedule to come back. That meant NO STOVE to cook on. My husband then had to crawl under the house to fix their mistake and put a hole in the subfloor so we could run the outlet into the house.They were almost 2 hours late. We expected them around 10am, they showed up after 11:30, 2 of them ******* to use our bathroom. We only have one bathroom, and no door. They were nice, polite, but extremely shoddy work. I felt rushed when they were trying to leave. I didnt have time to go over everything. It was after 7:30p and they were trying to leave as fast as possible. After looking at everything I now understand why.I look at our house and have to force myself to not break out in tears. We live here, this was just a job for them. Im now gonna have to figure out what to do for IF and possibly when we can put flooring down that weve already purchased. The gaps are large enough for rodents and pests to pass through easily. We have a child and shouldnt have to worry about something like that after paying thousands of dollars out of pocket for them to only do a careless job. We have more to be done, but we wont call them back. Gonna have to spend more just to fix their carelessness.

  Last year I had Oklahoma custom drainage come out and install a gravel drainage system next to my house because my neighbors house was flooding into my house and getting into my front room and ruined my flooring. They came out and fixed. It did a great job super nice workers. And its worked great after these huge rain storms my system work amazing so a year later Im actually finally writing a review because of how phenomenal they fixed my problem. Believe me they are the best in the business at least as far as Im concerned thank you all

  We had Oklahoma custom drainage come out and replace our sunken front porch. We were so thrilled with the job they did. We decided to have him come back and put a roof overhang on our porch as well and it turned out fantastic. They are a great company and really really nice people to deal with you dont believe me call yourself.
