    I planned my move months ahead of time, and the idea was that NexMuv would coordinate the process and make it easier for me with my hectic schedule. The original plan was initiated through All My Sons, but since they were unable to accommodate my timeline, they transferred me over to NexMuv. My Alabama to Nevada move took place over the July 4th holiday (with pick-up at origin on June 30, 2024), which was later constantly being used as an excuse (for people who claim to have 40+ years experience in the moving industry, this should not have made a difference... and again, the timing of my move was known months in advance). The price I paid guaranteed a 7-day delivery window of my items (see attached screenshot of email). This did not happen, and when I inquired about compensation or a partial refund given the price I paid, I was told there was none. The CEO Wes and counterpart Dave were very disrespectful to me over the phone when I sought a resolution and expressed my concerns (happy to provide details if requested). During the "delay," no one from NexMuv was able to actually tell me where the truck with my belongings was. I was given false speculations, which turned into outright lies. I actually had an AirTag in one of my items, and turns out that AirTag was correct the whole time: NexMuv decided to keep my items in a warehouse during the holiday instead of shipping them as I had paid for. I only learned the truth through myself contacting the third party movers working under NexMuv, and with them I was able to figure out where my things were and coordinate a new, delayed delivery date. NexMuv claimed to be working on locating my items, yet they still did not have an answer when I figured everything out myself. NexMuv also did not communicate with the third party movers that I was guaranteed discarding of packing materials upon delivery (see screenshot of email). The whole experience was unnecessary stress. Complete disregard for the customer.
