WORST MOVE EVER!!We scheduled a move from the ************ area to ********. On Thursday, the day before our household goods were to be loaded on Friday, we were told it would have to be delayed by a day because of scheduling issues. The 2-man crew that showed up on Saturday to do the loading found the job on ********* were inexperienced and had never done an inventory. The loading of the truck was questionable at best. The driver had never done a residential move and sat in the cab of his truck during the loading. We had to ask him to take the inventory list with him because he didn't know what to do with it. When we mentioned our household items were to be stored in ***** until our new house was ready, he said he was told to take them to a storage facility in *** and shared that information with us because the change hadn't been communicated with us. When the storage company delivered our household goods, they could not use the inventory list because it was not numbered properly and was illegible. We had items from another load included with ours which, fortunately, the storage company was able to get to the owner after they brought our goods to us. NexMuv also overestimated the weight of our household and has not made amends.All of this was concerning enough, but our major issue is that although we have reached out to the company for resolution, we have not been able to get anyone from NexMuv to contact us in the past three months. The company promises to provide extraordinary customer service, a less stressful experience and that they will be there for the duration, but we found none of that to be true. We heard about NexMuv from our realtor and were excited to work with them but we are totally disappointed with our experience and would definitely not recommend them. Our realtor no longer suggests using them either. Our advice, keep looking if you want a good moving experience.

We very much appreciate the constructive feedback. It makes our services around the country better and stronger. Our concierge customer experience lady handled the move all the way through which allowed our operations team to make some strategic personnel cuts. Im glad our team was able to handle the moving experience using the best labor in the country with no damage.
