    ************************* ****** representing Pellican air/Rainbow (whole house air purifier and vacuum) promised to provide me with demos and sales to earn a full refund for a Rainbow unit, only cost to me would be the sales tax. They are a word of mouth company. I never received any thing she promised and she broke code of ethics. I paid up front for the system with the condition I would be reimbursed minus the taxes upon completing 12 demos with two sales. ****** stated she would get me the demos and the sales and I would get my money back. I dont think the company would appreciate someone scamming people into buying on false promises, which is what she did. I notified the company and was told that d/t some of the demos I did didnt qualify because the people did not own their house because they too lied about owning. I feel as if I have been scammed and lied to. Now the company will not reimburse me even though I did 12 demos and made two sales for them which is all Im required to do. They need to hold their distributors responsible for scamming people into buying products. I want my money back!

    Good afternoon, 
    Touching base on the *********************** complaint. 
    ************************* was not her sales rep nor has she done any demos on her program. We feel as if this complaint is stemed from her daughter *************************** complaint which has already been resolved. Weve been in contact with ****** and will continue to assist her in her program completion. She has gotten her sales and only requires her 3 make up demos for the unqualified ones she has done. Once those are completed she will receive her payoff. We strongly feel she is using her daughters complaint to get out of her obligations to her own program seeing how ************************* had no part in her purchase with us. We will happily continue to help her and guide her to her completion.
