    Amazing company!! I purchased my system in July of 2023 and worked their program to receive it for free. Everyone was so helpful and encouraging. The machine will make a huge difference in your health and quality of your air. I can't recommend them highly enough!!

    We didnt even have our rainbow for a month. The broom broke and one of the ladies came and took the broken broom and said she would replace the part that is under warranty. We have waited since November for a replacement part and have yet to receive one. Its the middle of January now and we still havent received a replacement part. She was supposed to bring it today on January 11th and cancelled on us. She wants us to drive to a town that is over an hour away to receive it when we shouldnt have to. Its not our responsibility to get our new replacement part. We are not a part of the sales team. My husband had asked if he could meet her half way and no response. Some of these people are really ******. Avoid buying a rainbow vacuum because if something happens and you are waiting for a replacement part, you will be waiting months for it while still paying for a product that you cant use. We will be calling for a refund Monday or we will have no other choice, but to get an attorney to fight this case for us. We shouldnt have to pay for a product that we cant even use because it takes over 2 months to receive a replacement part.
