  Beware !!!!! This company fabricates job completion dates on their invoices. I asked for the dates to be corrected and was met with refusals. Also, once a job is complete they then find extra things that need to be that was "not part" of their original quote/job. I dropped 15K only to find out I need more things done.

We strive to ensure every job is completed to the highest standard, and wed like to clarify a few points regarding your experience.Our records indicate that the full scope of work was completed on January 7th, as reflected in your invoice, which includes detailed notes from January 6th, 7th, and 8th. While 80% of the job was completed during the morning of the 7th, the remaining work was finished later that day.After completing the project, our plumber noticed that your outdoor faucet was leaking when turned onan issue that can only be identified under those circumstances. Attempts were made to reach the point of contact on file without success. However, the plumber did inform an adult family member present at the time before leaving.We are confident that 100% of the job was completed as per the agreed scope. If you have any further questions or concerns, we would be happy to discuss them with you directly. Please dont hesitate to reach out to our team.

  We bought a house in Bixby around 4 years ago. About two years in we starting having some issues. The first was a plumbing issue in our guest bathroom. I did a google search and found Quality. I called and unlike most companies when I had to wait weeks they were able to schedule me quickly. Another thing I liked is instead of having to stay home all day waiting for them they sent me a text when the plumber was on his way so I was able to go about my day as usual. I was able to track in real time the route the plumber was coming and was there the same time the plumber arrived. He was able to fix the issue quickly and at a price I thought was very fair.
  A few months later we had an issue in our master bathroom. I decided since I had great luck with them to give them a call back. They once again were great to work with and the plumber was efficient and fixed the issue. His name was Monty and he was really tall. I joked with him about being so tall and being a plumber. He was very nice. At the end he told me about a membership they had where I could get my HVAC maintained for a year, a plumbing check once a year, and a discount on any repairs.
  I decided to sign up for the membership and they have serviced my HVAC and done the plumbing check. The greatest thing is they had some suggestions for some things I could do, for example a surge protector to protect my house against lightning but they weren't pushy. When I told the young man who did my HVAC inspection I couldn't afford it at this time he was very kind and said he just wanted me to be aware of it.
  I guess you could say I feel that Quality is a high quality company.

  Quality Heating, Cooling & Plumbing responded promptly to my request for a plumber to replace an outdoor faucet that was broken and leaking. Jesse assessed the situation, removed the old faucet, located and installed a new faucet, advising the cost prior to proceeding with the work. He ensured it was secured firmly to the house.
  I have used Quality previously this year and find they provide excellent service.
