      This place is supposed to be low income housing and follows none of the guidelines. They refuse to fix problems such as mice problems, black mold, leaking ceilings. They come into your apartment without notice. They dont care that you have kids suffering from the black mold problems and mice crawling all over them at night. Absolutely disgusting management.

      I have told my manager of apartments in ******* called Pecan Creek under Green Companies Development *** that my bathtub hot faucet handle isnt working properly sometimes not at all. I work at a hospital and like to shower regularly anyway. I have to carry water from kitchen to tub sometimes to have a bath.

      My father applied for an apartment located at the ******************** in ***********, ****** in June 2023. My mother and I applied separately for a unit, also in June 2023. All was going well until the manager at Bellarose, *************************, suddenly quit her job in July. Before she quit, she told my father that he had been approved for an apartment at Bellarose, and that she was waiting to hear from the home office, Green Companies Development, as to the status of the applications my mother and I submitted. I made at least four phone calls to ********** asking about the status of our applications, but as she had quit, my calls were never returned. I made three phone calls to Green Companies Development, as well as ***************************-also located in *********** , which we were told is now managing Bellarose-explaining that time was of the essence as we needed an answer on the apartments right away, as we needed to inform our present landlord of a move-out date. I left several voicemails with my phone number, yet no one from Green Companies or Sycamore Landing returned my calls. All we needed to know, either way, is whether or not we were approved for the apartments. No one at this company was capable of at least having the courtesy to return our calls. Again, I just needed a yes or no answer, or needed to know if our applications were still being processed. I finally had enough and called Green Companies and Sycamore Landing again. I explained the issue on their voicemails, and said I wasn't going to bother leaving my phone number since they never return calls. ****** at Sycamore Landing somehow *************** my number and left me a voicemail saying to call her if there was anything I wished to discuss. Disgusted by this point, I didn't call back. If our current landlord hadn't allowed us to stay, we would have had nowhere to go. I just want our application fees returned, as I believe this company has acted in bad faith.
