This company owes me over 11k dollars and have refused to return any of my calls from management to ownership. Ive been put into the spot of having to hire a lawyer to put liens on their properties of done work on. Trying to get paid from them was a constant battle. Some work orders are over 53days past due. Thankfully I took 100s of pictures during the time as a vendor working for them. My father lives in an apartment of theirs and their awning to be able to walk into the front door has been blocked because of damage that accured month half ago. Someone's going to get hurt or worse because of not wanting to fix issues. I had to put 2 hand bars in my dads bathroom after a fall from ********* because i couldn't get management to get them put in. I went to work for them as a vendor because they said they had so much work to do and couldn't find the help to get the work done. I was told by ownership that they own over 3000 units..Needless to say it only took about a month to find out why. There is no communication with this company I turely believe they are headed exactly where they've been headed. "down". If this helps anyone else that are having to deal with their issues Contact me for more information.

This company does not follow American with disability act and they lie and provide false information. I have worked with more then 10 families that are on disability and I have worked with people at more then one of their locations. For example there was an elderly person that after living there over a year had to have an amputation. The apartment complex knew about this information. This person was on a top floor apartment. They are in a wheel chair and had no way to get out of the apartment because the apartment complex would not accommodate and the person was told they did not have to accommodate and they had no other option for them so it was move out or stay in an upstairs apartment where ***** could not even get a ****** into them. Another example a family just moving from out of state on disability with a broken bone was told that they could accommodate the family and the day that they moved in was given a condo apartment with stairs in the home. A person in this family has a medical diagnosis and disability that the apartment leasing agent was aware of and was assured it would not be a problem. This ******* has a broken bone and could not access the apartment. Also do to one of the Tennent's disability they lose concessions and after the tenant already had surgery to fix a broken bone had an episode where they went unconscious and fell down the stairs and broke the bone again. This tenant was also told due to the apartment complex not being able to accommodate the family they would let them out of the lease. That in fact did not happen nor did they receive their deposit back after being told that they would. I would recommend this company reviewing the American with disability act and educating their leasing agents on the details. I have more instances but not enough room to type them all. This is not only heart breaking and wrong it is also against the law and I will not be surprised if there is or ever has been a lawsuit against them.

I'm using this ***** Companies Developement to provide my review for ****** Homes and Michael *****(this business is the address he lists for ****** Homes). We live in one of their new build homes in Claremore, OK and it has been nothing but a terrible experience. The home was barely a year old when we started getting staining on our ceiling from a roof leak and Michael stated 'we don't offer a warranty past one year'. Again, this home was barely past a year old. Now we are almost two years into it and the wood floors are cupping terribly, the ceilings have major cracks, the stairs are separating after already being repaired once, we had to replace the sod because it was planted in the winter and didn't make it, to which he wouldn't replace. Overall it has been a terrible experience with a builder that couldn't care less about his homes.
