      I ordered 3 items from Gameday Courure on 1/24/25. I received tracking info on 1/30/25. The same tracking number for all 3 items. I received the package on 1/4/25 with only 1 item in the package. I immediately messaged them per their website instructions and received a quick response asking for picture of all that I received which I sent within an hour. I have followed up with two emails and a phone call which states on the voicemail that they would I contact within 24 hours. I have heard nothing back. All that I was asking was for the missing items to be sent or some sort of communication on resolution at the least. Payment was made so I feel that I deserve either that back or the items.

      I ordered a jacket on 12/27/24. For days, I got messages saying that they are working on my order. Its almost been an entire month and I have not received the jacket or any further communication about the whereabouts. Ive never had such bad service

      Ordered a shirt in November. It came with a defective print. I emailed and was told on multiple occasions (I have all the emails) that I would receive a replacement. 2 months later and that never happened and now I am out the money for an expensive shirt with no quality control.

      I placed an order for a woman's ******************* sweatshirt with Soho Gameday Couture on Sunday, January 5th. I emailed them on Monday, January 6th and asked to cancel the order because I didn't know that not only did I have to wait for it to be shipped, I had to wait for it to be made. They said they could not cancel the order because it was in production. I received a shipping notification on Tuesday, January 7th with a tracking number and it is now Friday, January 9th and when I put the tracking number into the **** website, it still says it's awaiting the package. I reached back out to the company on Wednesday, January 8th to ask when it will go to **** and I haven't heard anything back from them. I would like to cancel my order and get a refund since it doesn't appear as though I will actually be receiving it.

      I purchased an Oregon shirt from the site, (*****) early morning on Dec 16th. I needed it in time for the Rose **** (January 1st). I noted it could take 8 business days for a shipment to arrive but I had enough time. Nothing on the site indicated delayed shipment or I would not have purchased.Without any reason given, the shirt did not ship for another week until Dec 23rd. I paid ***** for the shipping so again still was not worried about receiving it on time.That is until I checked the tracking - January 2nd was projected date of arrival.I contacted the company to let them know how disappointed I was - and if I didnt receive the shirt by Dec 31, I would be seeking a refund. Days later, received a terse letter back indicating they have a no refund policy and its exchanges only. Of course, this isnt stated clearly anywhere and what business operates with absolutely no refunds? I understand that policy for used or a very late return but I am willing to ship this back right away and unused. Yes, I received the shirt late in the day today (January 2nd) and therefore have no use for it. Buyer beware of ANY company that has a no refund policy and I will be letting everyone I know and also via social media to stay FAR AWAY.

      I placed an order on Black Friday, 11/29/2024. They told me it would ship out in time for Christmas. 2 weeks went by and they started sending emails out about a snow storm and how its impeding their shipping times, but would still likely receive my items for Christmas. Understandable. Another week goes by with no updates. I reached out to their customer service several times and got a generic response. Finally, almost a month later, my items ship. Received the package and only 1/3 items were in it. Contacted customer service and they said my order was separated and sent me the tracking for the next package. Next package arrived and it wasnt all of the items. Reached out to customer service again only to be told the item I havent received is no longer in stock so they cant send it. Sent me a refund. So I waited over a month to receive this item only to be told they cant send it? Ridiculous.

      I made an order for an specific clothing item that the store had online, waited the time they provided as their clothing items are made to order (per their website and/or the update emails you get once you place the order).I needed this item because I had planned to wear it to a Texas Game for their first conference playoff.The package was delivered at my door on 12/15 and upon arrival I noticed right away that they sent me the wrong sweater (whole reason I placed the order at the beginning).As soon as I noticed I follow their protocol and email them with my order number #******* and pictures of the wrong item (wrong School).******** was the first one to answer to my email but never followed up, then ******** email saying she was going to check with the warehouse as their inventory only showed one item in stock. I quickly reply back telling them the same thing as I saw online and per their emails that states that their clothing items are made per order (reason why they take long to be shipped).That was the last time I heard about them as they have gosthed me since 12/***** I replied back on 12/19 I need my sweater, Im not looking for a refund. The whole reason I placed an order since the beginning was because I wanted that particular ******* looking for help as they have not reply to me and I need answers.I already missed the day I wanted to wear the sweater but I still want it.

      Ordered 3 items on 12/2/24. Received notice that there was a delay on 12/11. There is no customer service phone number only an email. I emailed to ask when to expect it. Finally received an email back 2 days later that my items have shipped. The shipping information includes all three items being shipped. I received my shipment today - 12/21 - only 2 items in the box - even though there is only one tracking number for all three items. There is no phone number. I have emailed again. It took 20 days to get 2 of the three items I ordered for Christmas. Who knows where this third item is or when I will get the information. There are no refunds. Dont order from this company!

      The business is SoHo Gameday Couture. This is their website ******************* I received my order and one of the items received is incorrect. I received a puffer hooded snap ******************* vest. I did not order this. I ordered ***************** Never Stop oversized premium weight hoodie in size XL. Ive attached two pictures. One is the item circled in red that I never received and then the second picture is what I received. I have emailed the business 3 times since 12/11/24 and received no response.

      I ordered a sweatshirt 15 days ago and never received shipping confirmation or the shirt. I sent several emails and only after filing a complaint and posting on FB, did they send me a generic response. I still have no shipping confirmation or sweatshirt and I have emailed asking if the item will be here in time for Christmas or I need a refund so I have time to replace the gift with something else. Still no response.
