I ordered 2 sweatshirts on 12/5/24. Nothing on their website indicated there would be a delay in fulfilling or shipping the order or that it would potentially arrive after Christmas. I have received a couple of emails since then stating that there were delays but with no explanation as to why. And I have not received a shipping email with a tracking number, so my assumption is that they still havent shipped. I have emailed their customer info twice since Saturday, with no response. In both emails I stated I was getting concerned it would not come in time. In the second one, I requested that they use expedited shipping at their cost to right the situation (although I have no idea if the items are even ready to ship). Given the reviews and complaints on this website, Im concerned this site is a scam with poor quality clothing. Although, my items may not arrive to actually find that out.Customer Answer

I spoke to ****** yesterday evening, she called me back.
The conversation went well. ****** was upset and understandable. She ordered 2 shirts one for her and one for her daughter. They are going to the grandparents house where everyone is getting Oregon Ducks apparel and her daughter would be the only one without a sweatshirt to open and wear on Xmas.
I let ****** vent and she was crying. She stated that her daughter would not have the item but knowing that we care and that we took the time to call and provide detailed information made it so much better.
I let her know that we would refund her for her daughter's shirt and if she found something for her daughter extra we would be send this to her at no charge. I provided her with my contact information to follow up after the holidays.
She said this is the best service she has had and will continue to shop with us. She will let the BBB that this was handled professional and with kindness and empathy for her daughter.

The quality of the clothing is subpar at best. The company sent me a shirt with poorly executed graphic. They will only give store credit IF they approve of the return. I bought it as a gift and I can't even resell it as defect because the graphic is so bad. I don't care for most of the other products I purchased either due to the cheaply applied graphics and low quality material. Their refund policy says sales items are final but when purchasing, there was nothing indicating that the items wouldn't qualify for a refund since they were running a flash deal varying from 20 to 50% off (the higher the percent, the less coupons they had to give). I managed 40% off. It's not the price I care about but the craftsmanship is appalling.Business Response

I bought an item from this shop, but the wrong item was sent. Side note - they didn't send me any tracking information so I had no clue when it would arrive either. As for the wrong item, I emailed them about it to see if they would rush ship the correct item and I return the incorrect item. They only responded with one email requesting a picture of the item. I sent that back to them and have not heard from them since! I have emailed them for an update to the solution 5 times and at this point, I am just wanting a refund and send the item back to them. I received a defective shirt. The screen printing on the shirt is not the correct color. On Sept 6, I requested a replacement or refund. Gameday sent an automatic reply indicating they would get back to me within 8 hours. As of Sept 22, Ive sent three more emails with no reply other than the automatic reply indicating they would get back with me in 8 hours. Hello, I placed an order from this shop on 9/9 and received the items on 9/14. On 9/15 I went to the returns portal to return my items but the portal was not giving me the option to select my items to return (they were all greyed out as ineligible) in theyre return policy, my items did not fall under any of the categories that are ineligible for return and it is within the 30 day return window. I reached out via email and received an auto reply that they would get back to be in 12 hours. I did not hear back so I followed up again via email and still no response from customer service. I then called the number I found online and left a message since you are not able to speak to a representative. Based on all the reviews I am seeing on this vendor, it seems that they have scammed many customers and I fear I am now another victim. I want to be able to get in touch with a customer service representative to be able to return my items as outlined on the website.Business Response

I ordered $78.40 (including taxes and shipping) worth of merchandise on Sept 12 2024, and I immediately realized I hit submit with the wrong shipping address. I immediately submitted two tickets to customer service to try and rectify the situation. These were submitted before I got the Order Confirmation email the following day. On September 13 2024, I submitted and replied to the order confirmation asking them to help me change the shipping address before the item would ship, no response. On the 15th of September 2024, I received an email back from a ******** at customer service asking what the correct shipping address was, and immediately emailed back 1 minute later. I got no response. So I then replied to the email the next day, September 16 2024, asking her to confirm this change, again no reply. Today at 0300, September 18 2024, I get an email with shipping notification that the item has shipped to the wrong address. I sent two more emails, and still no reply. I have used the BBB to find their contact info, because the email system clearly has not worked, as well as use it to obtain a phone number, which I then called. The phone number referred me to use their email to try to get some help, something that has obviously not been working. So now I am filing a complaint for their gregarious lack of customer service to a customer who paid a lot of money for a bedazzled shirt. I would even just accept a cancellation and a refund because this is a headache.Business Response

I ordered 3 items from Shop The Soho Gameday Couture on 8/19/2024. On 8/28 I received three items but one was delivered incorrectly. It was supposed to be a red Iowa State pullover. The one I received had the wrong logo and was the wrong style. I sent an email the same day requesting to return it and they replied saying they needed to check with their warehouse. I have emailed them back several times and have gotten either their automated message saying they will get back to me in 24 hours or nothing at all in return. The order number is ******. I placed an order on September 2, 2024. I received an email that my order was confirmed. On September 16th, I sent an email to customer service asking if I could get an estimate of when my items will ship and I got no response. I sent another message on September 18th asking when my items will ship and I have not received a response besides the standard message that they received my email. Today it has been 12 business days since I placed my order which is beyond the timeframe listed on their website of when items will ship. It is very unprofessional to not respond to customers emails and its the worst customer service Ive experienced. This is my first and last time ordering from this company.
