      Worst experience I’ve had. Ordered and had to chase down updates. No phone number to communicate with customer service. After several emails got 1 response back saying they lost my order. When I asked for an overnight or refund they have not responded. Had to report to my credit card. Saddened by the lack of consideration and poor communication.

      Order was delivered late and customer stated they did not receive the order.  Customer was provided with tracking information and disputed with back.  The dispute was processed in Gameday's favor .

      Horrible company. The clothes are very cheap and the customer service is awful. The order I placed never arrived. Whenever I tried to contact them they would not give me a refund or ship new items. They have been horrible to deal with!

      We responded back to the email customer sent about where is my delivery.  My order shows delivered but it was delivered to the wrong house! I do not have an orange sign on my front porch. Im not sure whos house they delivered it to. She did not email us about the clothes or returning.

      Do not shop here or through shopthesoho! Company is a complete joke and the customer service is even worse. They’re deliver times windows don’t get met and they act like you didn’t pay for expedited shipping when there’s FOUR options of delivery at time of checkout. I paid for 3-5 business day shipping and they claimed it takes 5-7 to even ship items. Don’t shop here.

      Our made-to-order products lead time ranges from 4 to 10 days, while it might take a bit longer to receive your item.  The lead time is to process the item and get it ready for shipping. Upon checking, your order is in production and will ship out soon. 
       
      I show that you paid for *** Ground and once your order is picked up by the carrier it will take 5 to 7 days to reach your destination.

      Computer clicked and a duplicate order was placed by accident. Reached out right away to try to cancel it - they said not possible, but rep said I could return the extra item. Great! In reality, I learned later, I could only return it for store credit. What? Who wants more after the fact. No refunds from this company. VERY disappointing return policy for transactions in 2023. Should have gone with Amazon instead - at least they understand the customer experience.

      Wish I could give zero stars…
      I have tried calling and emailing them with no reply.. I placed an order 9 days ago and it said it shipped middle of last week (it’s currently Tuesday). When I try to look at shipping it says carrier still hasn’t received the package. I ordered this based off the $10 shipping, expecting it to be here before I head to a game on Wednesday. I’m a little frustrated to have paid so much for shipping and be shown that it would arrive before I left, for it to not even show that it’s shipped yet. When I placed this it said it would be here 4-10 days after I ordered, which means it would have been here last week or by this Wednesday the 20th at the latest. Considering it doesn’t even look like the carrier has it, there is no way I’m going to receive this by Wednesday. To charge $10 shipping and not get the item within days is ridiculous. I feel scammed. Will never order from them again.

      Orders typically arrive in less than 7-14 business days after being processed. Most orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. Standard orders are delivered by **** Monday through Saturday.
       
      Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to promotions or holidays.
       
      Please be aware that because this is a *** SurePost shipment, your item is currently at a shipping partner who will now hand the package to the local **** office, which is why the tracking information indicates that **** is now currently awaiting your item but please rest assured once your package has been handed to the **** facility the tracking information will update.

      To write an addendum to my first review…the supervisor reached out to me yesterday and refunded me for my original purchase and refunded the shipping, as well. She was apologetic and also offered me a $10 voucher for my next purchase with their company. She explained that they’re basically an e-commerce company and that the people handling their customer service are basically following an algorithm. Just thought I would add this for anyone else having a bad experience.

      Found a really cute sweatshirt from Gameday Couture. Ordered the sweatshirt, but immediately realized I forgot to put in my free shipping code. I emailed them right after I ordered asking them to apply my free shipping code “freeship”. They would not apply it. So, then I ordered another one using the free shipping code and emailed them to cancel my first order, thinking it would be no problem to cancel the first order since it was still within their 24 hr cancellation policy. No one responded to that email even though I replied to their previous email within 15 minutes. By the time they responded it was past the 24 hr mark and they told me that they couldn’t cancel the order because it was already in processing. I became incredibly frustrated with that because I had the email time stamps which clearly showed it was within the 24 hr mark. I called them twice and once left a detailed message with order number, etc (also within the 24 hr mark). No one ever returned my phone call. Then, my husband told them through chat that we were going dispute it with our CC company and finally they agree to include a free shipping return label with the first ordered sweatshirt. Both of the sweatshirts arrive. Neither of them has the free shipping label. My husband contacts them again and they deny any of that ever happening. He sends the screenshots of the conversation to them and they STILL wouldn’t honor the free shipping for the return. Their customer service is severely lacking in professionalism. I will never order from their company again. I should’ve learned my lesson from the first second that they wouldn’t apply my free shipping code two seconds after I pressed the order button. Do yourself a favor and order from a reputable company who actually cares about customer satisfaction. Really disappointed in Gameday Couture.

      This site is a sham. I ordered an item and never received it after two weeks Also I was unable to reach anyone to obtain a refund or get insight as to where the item was or why it didn’t ship.

      I investigated the order information and can confirm that your item was shipped out from our warehouse on June 27, 2023, but it looks like it was lost in transit from **** because the latest update from them was on June 28, 2023.
       
      We would be happy to refund your original payment method because we are unable to resend a replacement item because the size large you ordered is currently out of stock and we only have three medium-size dresses available in stock. Please tell us what you intend to do.

      I received a very low quality sweatshirt for Christmas. I tried to return or exchange it 10 days after Christmas and the company would not return, exchange or give store credit as it was outside the 30 day return policy. This is very unreasonable, especially during the holidays, as it was a gift. The only way to communicate with anyone is via email where they continued to repeat their 30 day return policy. There is also no phone number to speak with anyone. This company is a scam.
