      When the item arrived it didn't fit. Then I was told there was a $25.00 charge for a return label. This is wrong to charge anything for a return label.

      We apologize for any confusion with this refund.  While we do offer a flat-rate return label for $25 to alleviate any extra expense on our Customer's side, we also understand that this resolution may not work for everyone or in every situation.  On February 12th, after communication with the Customer, a free courtesy return label was issued for the return.  This was at no cost to ********.  Once the item was received at our Warehouse, a full refund was issued under RMA76705 for the Sales Order amount, minus the original shipping fee.  We hope this clears up any concern with this order.

      I ordered a clock (around $200) from Black Forest Decor. The battery compartment was broken, so the clock would not run. A replacement clock was sent with the hands bent so they would not pass each other. I could not find a clock repair near me, so I gave up, threw the clock away, and bought a cheap clock from ********** have since requested to be removed from their mailing list (upwards of a dozen times) over the last year. I understand that it may take 1 or 2 catalogs to stop the mailing if they are pre-printed, but I cannot get this company to stop mailing me their catalogs.

      I feel this company falsely advertises their furniture. It is not genuine and looks nothing like the pictures online. It is also very expensive, and then a box marked 'made in China' is recieved. I just want a refund. I will need boxes sent and shipping labels so that I may send these products back to the distributor.

      I have met with **** and apologized for his dissatisfaction and let him know that we appreciate the opportunity to make this right. We are sending him boxes and packing materials as well as prepaid return labels to send the product back to us and we will fully refund him. He agrees with this resolution.

      I wish to withdraw my complaint. **** at Black Forest Decor was dilligent in working with me to have this issue resolved and I would prefer not make him wait further.
