5 starsI ordered a beautiful deer sconce, that I absolutely love to put in our new home and Im not sure Im going to be able to use it where I want to put it. 5 starsI had a world class experience with ******* ******* at Black Forest Decor. An item I ordered arrived broken. ******* had another item shipped the same day I spoke to her and made sure the item was shipped with extra packing material to protect the item and followed up with an email. 5 starsI ordered an item from Black Forest Decor and thought it was defective so I contacted their customer service via their website. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the item and it was my mistake as I had the item turned upside down. Nevertheless, ***** in customer service got back to me right away and was very helpful in helping me understand how the item works. I contacted Black ******* after I only got 1 of the 3 things I ordered delivered to my home. There were no questions asked. They started a new order for the missing items. I had contacted ***** prior to reaching out to Black ******* and they were not the least bit helpful. This is why I continue to order from this company. This company is top notch! I ordered the fishing reel lamps; desktop and floor. I love them! When I unboxed the floor lamp, it was cracked in a few places and the reel broken. I submitted the feedback to the company and not only did I receive a response in less than 24 hrs, they already have a replacement shipped out!
