    1. Ordered truck bed,and waited 19 months before arrived.2. Said it was custom built to my Vin#.Didn't fit,and had to modify to fit to my truck.3. Bed was already rusting before installing, 4. Door hinges broke on two doors 6. Months after installing. 5. Door latch came off while on highway spilling contents all over the road.6. Bulk head welds broke .7. So called powder coating peeling off on back rack , rust bubbles around welds, and bed is heaving from rust at most joints.This bed is two years old as of 9 July 2024. I live in ****

    Worst Bed on the market They have a Run around warranty, they blame the installer and the installer blames the manufacturer, every place the hinges were mounted rusted a little after a year , company that matched the color to the truck every place the hinges were mounted started to rust and bubble 1 after a year installed. Truck was parked when not in use inside a heated garage and washed all most daily . *******************

    Very Poor Service on the products they sell. I have a 2015 SK bed. One and half years of ownership, the bed began flaking large pieces of powder coat. The dealer I purchased it from said there is only a 1 yr warranty on that. It has gotten much worse over the years, to where I have holes in my fender wells and no where that doesn't have flaking. Less than two years of ownership a door wouldn't stay open because of a faulty latch. CM had upgraded latches, but I had to purchase and install the upgraded latches myself. Less than 7 years of ownership two of my door hinges are almost rusted through. They are carbon steel and not protected from the elements. I also have two LED lights out. CM does not use that style anymore and cannot supply me with any. I will never purchase another CM bed again.
