My wife wanted a 4 ******* and Vicars had a Cam-Am XMR 700 that she was excited about. Their website stated it was $10,199 - $500 factory rebate (Keep this in mind as you read). The website also stated 30" tires, front and rear bumper and a 3500lb wench. When we arrive, we asked the sales guy about the 30" wheels and he stated they were 28". No big deal to us. While unloading at the house, I realized it did NOT have a wench or rear bumper. We IMMEDIATELY called to inquire about these "listed" options. The sale guy stated it was for the next higher model not the model we purchased even though the listing had the model and VIN listed with the options. We asked if they could do anything for us and we were told they would call us. 3 days passed and no call. Apparently hoping we would just let it go (that is my guess, no proof). So, a week later I called again and the salesman stated he could do nothing and I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was not offering anything except his understanding of a misprint on their website. He stated "you got the unit at a great price and left happy." I love when I'm told by someone else how I'm feeling. I was happy with the expectations of a wench. After going back and forth about yelling and the unit was sold at a loss (remember the price listed above, check Cam-Am website for retail and you will see he lied at this point), I did his job for him and simply asked for something in return for this misprint at which he offered 20% off a wench. Ridiculous! I understand businesses relying on expendable money are struggling, but this was not acceptable customer service in my opinion. They may respond to this post, but I assure you that my statement here is 100% legitimate and accurate. They are simply not willing to stand by the equipment they list and do right by what the customer was expecting to purchase. So sad that this story will be told numerous times when it could have all been avoid with "good" customer service.

Dear ******************,Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter discrepancies in product descriptions. We want to assure you that the misprint in the description was unintentional, and we were unaware of it until your feedback. To investigate further, we created a new listing, which unfortunately replicated the same inaccurate description due to a system error. While this doesn't excuse our oversight, we want to emphasize that it was not a deliberate attempt to deceive our customers.Although the online listing displayed the proper model with the correct name, we acknowledge that the features listed were inaccurate. We have since clarified this with our team to prevent similar occurrences in the future. It's important to note that the model was accurately priced, and we included accurate manufacturer rebates, consistent with what was stated on Can-Am's website. The model depicted in the photographs on our website matched the model listed on Can-Am's website. In recognition of the inconvenience caused, we offered a 20% discount on parts and accessories to help offset any additional costs you may have incurred if you proceeded with adding a winch. We sincerely apologize for any frustration or confusion this may have caused. Rest assured, we are committed to rectifying our mistakes and ensuring the highest level of transparency and accuracy in all our communications with customers.Thank you for your understanding and for giving us the opportunity to address this matter.Best regards,VP Management Team
