    I recently filed a negative review on metro pins, the company has not been transparent with the time frame for production and shipping of the pins that I ordered. The items were arriving today after a 20 day delay but since I submitted a poor review of the customer service that they provided they recalled my package and did not inform me, out of spite they cancelled my order. I was expecting my custom pins today, after missing two distribution dates but am now being told that I will not receive them. I have never been treated so poorly by a company or its representatives. I feel cheated.Unfortunately the business takes zero responsibility for any of the poor actions, they dont even answer the phone or respond to emails. I have requested phone calls and speaking to a representative from the company but was ignored.

    Customer is correct about order delays, subsequent cancellation & refund.  Phone calls are no longer being entertained from customer due to abusive treatment of employees.  Customer is incorrect about lack of communication, as all emails regarding this order have been answered politely and in a timely fashion.  Metro Pins December holiday closure and current overseas COVID factory staffing issues were the main reason for the order issues & resultant dissatisfaction.  When it became clear that 1.) there was a customer event date that was unable to be met, 2.) customer was abusive to ******************** employees and 3.) customer threatened a negative social media campaign against our company... a full refund was issued to the customer and the order was canceled.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The company is claiming that they are no longer taking my phone calls due to my abusive behavior towards the employees, I have attempted to call the company many times and have requested phone calls from the company repeatedly but have never spoken with anyone from the company on the phone.  I have all of the emails that I have received and sent and am happily to be transparent with them.  I really do not appreciate the accusations.

    These is no further offer from Metro Pins to customer.  A FULL REFUND was issued.  No further business exists and the matter is closed.  Metro Pins will not accept future orders or reorders from complainant.
