    I had a great experience working with ******* at Metro Pins. She was so helpful and prompt in her responses. She even called me from her personal phone over a holiday weekend to make sure they could get my order to me on time. The customer service went beyond my expectations. The pins are great quality and the design is superior to any other proof I received from other companies. They even arrived before the expected delivery date. I would highly recommend ordering from metro pins.

    Metro pins was incredible to work with! ******* went above and beyond to create exactly what our team wanted for ***********!! She was so patient and helpful. She communicated so well through it the entire transaction. Also our banner and towel designers were so helpful! We received our pins, towels and banner weeks before expected!     **** and the design team are awesome! He walked me through the process and his enthusiasm about the product totally convinced me to go the avenue that we did! I sent a rough design of what I wanted, and they leveled it up! We absolutely love our 2-inch photo pin! They are truly outstanding. Came in quicker than expected and was packaged very well!
