    In the area we live at there used to be no big ISP so we were fortunate enough to get internet using Spark Services. The monthly service was not cheap to say the least but we were grateful to have internet. After a few months we started experiencing slow speeds and even day where we had no internet. We kept calling and complaining but the same issue would come up again days later. We decided it was time to tell bbb about our issues. As soon as we wrote a review we got contacted by the company telling us to take the review down since we signed a contract when we first got service saying we could not say anything bad about the company. Thankfully we are no longer with this company and we can finally tell the truth about this company. Now 2 years later we are getting called by collections agency for the last months invoice. We specifically talked to the manager ***** who told us the last month would be free for our troubles. Now we have to face even more trouble from this company. I am so over this company and its dishonesty and terrible service Im ok with paying $120 and forgetting about them as long as I can warn and help anybody in the future from making the mistake of using this company.

    This is in collections. He will need to go through them to clear this up. Once something is in collections I am not allowed to mess with it. He was told this over the phone.
