Choosing to switch to Spark Services has been the best decision I've made in a long time. The shipping of the equipment was quick, set up was easy and painless, and the service has been unparalleled! I switched from **** after years of fighting with them over my bill and the quality of service because I live in a vastly rural area. Spark doesn't use my location as a copout and the connection is strong with multiple devices! Definitely proud to call Spark my ISP.

The modem was shipped quickly and came with everything needed. It couldn't be more simple to set up. I had some billing questions and the helpline was easy to get through and the service was very friendly. So far, it has been working exactly as expected.

I only had this service for two months, we noticed that the internet was really slow asked for a new modern cool they did it without a problem. I noticed the speed was being throttled on their front page says no throttle of speeds then on the next page says throttled may happen, cool. I decided well I can't watch videos and play games I will switch back to cable internet. I went to cancel and I get a text a weekish later saying I have to cancel to the email.. Great thanks for showing that on your site. I email the billing department, Joann Mocha is emailing me back in forth. I was then told of a 30 day policy but it's a prepaid service. Funny says no contracts right on their front page that should mean I can cancel at any time. They threatened collections, I then told them well if E-Harmony couldn't get money from me from their "collections" good luck trying. They probably use a bad third party with no legal obligations. Here is my problem, if I go and buy a phone and I get prepay, if I don't pay it's automatically canceled, right? If I go to the gas station and I don't prepay I simply do not get gas. They also tried to get smart with me saying you should of read it in our terms and conditions and FAQ (where in FAQ?). How come that wasn't on the front page? Are you guys embarrassed of the scam you are about to commit that you can't put it on the front page or even before purchase? There are no laws supporting prepay being well a bill of collections. If they do decide to put anything in collections I will have the business investigated and I will take any legal actions and I have all the screenshots I need for false advertisement right on their front page and purchase pages on the plans. If you want to do better business make sure people know before they purchase those plans of a 30 days cancellation and don't hide it. Won't be coming back to this service. They stopped messaging after I told them this stuff anyways it's a bunch of lies they do that will simply wash.

Everything is on our website. A customer has to agree to the terms before they can sign up. The terms are simple, there are about 13 internet terms. The cancellation policy is in the terms. The throttling policy is in the terms. We can't help it if people agree to them and don't ready them. They are in 2 different spots on the website. There is a link to them when you sign up. We have a trial period. If you keep it past the trial you are required to give 30 day cancellation notice. I don't own the cell phone company or whatever companies you are comparing us to. They may be large enough to take a loss, we are not. We don't have a contract, we have a cancellation policy. I stopped responding to your emails because I don't argue with customers. I told you, just like everyone else about the cancellation. You kept sending angry emails to me so I stopped responding.

We had this Internet service and for the first month it worked great. After that, we have constantly had to text them about our service not working at all as soon as they reset it it works about for two hours and then it completely stops. We couldn’t even load anything onto Google with our laptop with it. I was very patient with them and it was fine until we were getting new Internet services and I told them that I needed to cancel it. As soon as I told him, I needed to cancel it, they said they will need me to pay because of the 30 day policy they have which I understood. I then contacted them about five days later saying hey just to make sure it is canceled correct? They proceeded to tell me that my bill wasn’t paid and so they automatically closed it and sent it to collections. Not even a week goes by and they have not contacted me or sent me any sort of invoice or anything to let me know it wasn’t paid. We have auto pay on. It’s a little suspicious that as soon as I told them, I didn’t want to continue service? They stopped the auto pay? They proceeded to tell me they tried to run it and that it was a credit card that didn’t go through even though I have a debit card and had the money and more in there. Now I have this on my credit and have to pay it through collections because they’re an awful company. I really was rooting for them, considering how nice they were at first should’ve listen to the reviews.

The invoices are due on the due date. Her credit card declined the payment on 8/3, the day the payment was due. On 8/3/2023 she was sent 2 emails and a text message in a ticket saying the bill had to be paid within 48 hours. On 8/4/2023 she was sent a text and an email in a ticket saying the bill had to be paid within 24 hours. On 8/7 she was sent a text and an email in a ticket with the collections notice in it. That said to call us if there is an issue with cancelling the service.
On 8/2/2023 sent sent in a notice to cancel the service. On 8/3/2023 I sent an email informing her of the cancellation policy and the due date of 8/3/2023 to pay the bill due to the 30 day cancellation policy. I did not hear anything back until 8/10/2023 and asked if the service was cancelled. This is a prepaid service. It is supposed to be paid on the due date. I send out a 48 hr. notice, a 24 hr. notice and a cancellation notice. There were 5 days from the day it was due until it was turned off to pay. Nothing was ever done. You sent a credit card authorization form on 8/8/2023. When the bills are not paid they are turned over to collections. By then it was too late. I'm sorry, these are the terms we have and I have to stick by them. Thank you

The customer service from the beginning was great and something we weren't used to with internet providers. SPARK Services helped us to get the best internet for us where we live in the mountains of West Virginia and we tried four companies before finding SPARK. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who streams, games, or works from home. Right now in our area this is the only reliable internet and we are so grateful! It not only is a great value compared to all other internet, but it is the only one that has proven to be effective for us! Thank you!

I highly recommend Spark Services, especially if you are in a rural area with limited internet providers and value personalized customer service tailored to your needs.

    Rude people.
    Habitual liars.
    Overpriced.
Check Google reviews on them and see how they reply to ANYONE that questions their business practices.
    Very unprofessional.
I feel for anyone that can't get any other internet.
We have Spectrum fiber in our rural area now!

We had Hughesnet before switching to Spark. They lied to us multiple times and even refused to shutoff our service so we switched. Spark has been so much easier to deal with and WAY more friendly! Also we live in the middle of nowhere and have yet to have any problems with our new Spark internet. I definitely recommend them.

We found out about Spark through a friend and after asking some questions and doing research we decided to give it a try. Everyone we have talked to has been patient and so nice. We've been using their services for about 3 weeks now and are very happy with it. There are slow downs at times but that's out of their control and we notice it on our cell phones too. Overall, super happy to have a great connection living in a rural area!!
