      Scam artist, does enough photo sessions to look legitimate. Go look on yelp. She does the session and then doesnt send the photos so you are left with your time and money wasted.

      Can I give 0 stars? Everyone and anyone should run from doing any kind of business with this "photographer" who also goes by *** ***** ************ aka **** ******. We vacationed in ******, ******* in October and booked her for our family session. She was very quick to respond, book, and get a deposit payment upon inquiring (FULL payment is due before the session.) She said she would reach out two days before our session to let us know the location (which she did not), I had to message her twice myself which had me uneasy. Fast forward, the session went great, it is after that it went downhill fast. She said she would have a sneak peek to us within 3-4 days and I never got it. We flew back home to ************** and played the waiting game for weeks. Our contract that she and I both signed states a full gallery will be edited and returned to the client within 4 weeks. WE NEVER GOT THAT EITHER. After reaching out MULTIPLE times to her asking when we can get the gallery that we paid $950 for she came up with excuse after excuse and that is if she even responded at all. After giving up on the sneak peek we gave her the four weeks and then some to make this right. She is a child and can't own up to her mistakes or run a business for that matter. She does not hold up her end of the contract but is very active on all of her social media accounts every 3 hours. Never once did she apologize for any of this. If you comment on any of her socials about your experience she will delete it and block you which is why all her true reviews are only on BBB or Yelp where they can't be deleted. She did refund us our money after getting on her about how unsatisfied I was but now my entire family is without the pictures we paid and traveled for, we can't get any of that back. After asking her for our pictures she said she would "rather" refund us than just send the images. She is fishy and a fraud to say the least. DO NOT fall victim to her nonsense as you will never get your images paid for.

      Lisa did not take pictures or edit pictures as promised. I did not get the pictures that I paid for or was promised. I emailed NUMEROUS times, sent Facebook messages and commented on Facebook posts until I was eventually blocked on Facebook with no response and no pictures. Save your money and your sanity and find someone who will actually deliver what you pay for.

      Unprofessional, immature and she doesn't deliver what is promised. What a scam. Save your time and money and book someone else!
