  I order one copy of my diploma for ***** to be emailed . It was confusing I was charged multiple times over ******. I am confused about this I want my money back. It is hard to get intouch with them.

  Diploma sender. com: is the only place I keep getting referred to get my GED transcript from 1979. I have been trying to get my transcript sent to a university since 8/10/2024 have paid them $25.00 twice to search for my transcript and they say that they can't find any records of my GED, I sent them a copy of my diploma and they say it does not look like any they have seen, that the Langue is not right. I do not know what they are talking about. The 2nd time I paid they said they will do a deep Search into the archive records, I do not believe they even tried. They sent the school, that I was trying to register at, a letter stating that there were no records found of my GED. This is very serious a lot of people are depending on them to give accurate, well researched information, They are just sitting at computers and waiting on incomplete information to appear instead of doing the actual leg work to check what was the situation in 1979 when computers were not as prevalent as they are now, and people was using microfiche or just file-cabinets to store and keep records. They have taken on a task that they are apparently not prepared adequately to handle and are not even concerned about handling it.Older people have rights too and deserve to go to school just like other people and should be taken seriously. I do not feel that I have been taken me seriously. Because of the web site chats, which states we cannot help you!!Frustrated, in ********* ***** *****,

  I am appalled at this agency. I needed to send my transcripts to the ********** of ********* and Document Sender charged $30 (plus a fee) which is an outrageous amount! I have requested from other universities and their charges have ranged from $2.90 to $15. On top of it, Document Sender only allows the organization 7 days to retrieve the transcripts or it expires. They said I would have to go through the whole process again, however they said there would be a "reward" on my account. I'm assuming that means a credit and I would not have to pay again, but I do not trust this company. From overcharging and then only allowing a week to retrieve the transcripts this does not seem like a reputable business.

  They will email you as soon as you pass you GED and get you to pay $50 for your degree before HISET has the chance to tell you its free. They refuse to give refunds regardless of any wrong paperwork they send you. And never once does diploma sender prompt you to understand that you get a complimentary one. When you call HISET, they will be apologetic and say that diploma sender does this often to make money off of people. Their customer service is completely trash. ********* the manager will degrade you and make you feel stupid. For such a huge accomplishment, youd think their customer service representatives would be more supportive. Its very sad that they are the only company verified to handle diplomas. I wish someone would shut them down. They are a huge scam.

  Have passed all GED tests. Have been back and forth with GED and diplomasender. My mathematics score is 145 pass. They say there is something wrong with my mathematics score. They say my score is in red due to violation! How can that be when I was being watched while I took the test at a testing center. Have spoke with GED supervisor and they believe diplomasender has a glitch in the system. *** says everything looks great with your scores and they will have a ******* VUE program get in contact with diploma sender. Diploma sender has terrible complains and reviews. I wish GED could just send it out. I hope the problem gets fixed. I studied and passed! I WANT MY GED!

  Same story as other reviews. On 8/24/2023 I ordered physical copies, digital transcripts, and an extra charge to "physically walk out to the storage area" because my test was taken in 1995-96, before the digital transfer of records in my particular state and situation. Did not receive any of the services I paid for and was told that I need to pay again due to the links and records expiring before I opened them. I was never informed of an expiration time on my email link, and there is no excuse for the physical copies never arriving. The only way "Diploma Sender" gets highlighted in any search I make for any of my records is of the bank transaction the day they deducted my money. Not a reputable company

  Horrible! They charged me $20 3xs for 1 transcript which they never even emailed to me. I will contact the news, BBB and whoever else until they give me a full refund!

  This company is pathetic! I paid $40.00 for copy of GED and transcripts from ****. They sent the transcript with an incorrect ***. When I chatted and then spoke with a rep and then "*******"- manager?, they insist they I incorrectly verified my *** at intial registration. When I ask for proof, all they will provide is a screen shot that I verified the info. However, no where on the screen shot does it show the correct or nor incorect ***. My *** is 2-2/ year not necessary. The transcript shows 1-1, not 2-2. I DID NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE. THEY ARE FULL OF BULL!!! I should not have to pay an additional $20. for a corrected copy when they can not prove that I made the mistake, I've known my correct *** for many years and would not have verified it incorrectly. I have simply corrected the *** on the transcript, with attached copies of the screenshots from the chat on 7-11-23. Wish I could send the recording of speaking with Domic this am. It was almost amusing until I basically cussed her out before hanging up. People, check your info, cause this company is a joke. I have reported their lack of customer service to the local community college for their reference. DIPLOMA SENDER SUCKS!

  Called on a Mon at 4 ... no answer. No email to contact them. It says there is a chat button on there website. There is not a chat box. When calling it says closed.... it's the middle of the day. Horrible customer service. And no results for $22
