    Trying to get a package delivered from SHEIN who uses them as a delivery service and package isn’t delivered and I see so many reviews of the packages being stolen or not delivered and I just want my packages asap

    They are taking too long with my package and the speedx location that is close to me isn’t an option anymore and my tracking hasn’t changed in so long it’s been 5 days that it was changed and it’s very late.

    This has happened to hundreds of people with Sheins “ SPEEDX” delivery service they suck!!! Keep taking peoples packages, not delivering packages saying because due to not being able to get in HOW I LIVE ON A MAIN STREET this is ridiculous They need to be shut down honestly they just keep playing with peoples money!!!! PLEASE HELP ME

    I ordered the package May 22nd of 2025 it was out for delivery June 3rd 2025 I let them know before hand that I was to be contacted when the delivery driver was at my gate because it has no code it's a buzz in gate I was not notified they deemed the package undeliverable so I provided them with my phone number told them to contact me again when the delivery driver was at the gate it went out for delivery again June 4th 2025 I was not contacted again and they deemed the package undeliverable again I can't get in contact with a real person or go and pick the package up because they don't provide a location and only provide ai assistance now it's saying my address was corrected when the address was correct in the first place I've seen this business all over social media and it seems their allowing random people in normal cars to deliver packages not knowing if they would be stolen or not I just want my package before the 8th of June 2025

    My package says it will come on the 9th. it has been in the same spot since, then i seen many complaints about speed x services. all packages either don’t come or come later. it has been in the same spot for the longest.

    I am having issues with Speedx delivery service. My address is correct and they are delaying my package. I’ve received many emails about my package being “not deliverable”. I don’t know what that is about when I ordered from them many of times. I really need my package.

    On May 23rd 2025 I placed an order on shein and it seems like my package isn’t moving. I looked up the order number in the speedx app but it hasn’t updated since May 24th 2025. It was supposed to be delivered June 1st-15th but it sounds like it’s coming much later and i have a trip coming up soon. I would like it if my package can get here before the 12th of June if possible because it seems like my package will come later if i didnt say anything now.

    I am writing to formally file a complaint against SpeedX, a shipping and logistics company that appears to operate a facility in Grapevine, Texas. I am currently missing a package that was scheduled to be delivered via SpeedX between 5/22-5/25, and I have been unable to get in contact with the company through any standard customer service channels. Despite several attempts, I have found no working phone number or direct contact information for SpeedX. I have also emailed support addresses associated with the company (such as ************************************* and ****************************) but have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and concerning, especially as I have no idea where my package is or if it will ever be delivered. I would appreciate the BBB’s assistance in facilitating a resolution to this matter. I am seeking either a delivery of my missing package or a full explanation and accountability from SpeedX. Please let me know if you require any additional information, such as tracking numbers, order confirmation, or proof of purchase. I am happy to provide further documentation upon request.
