      ********, negligent management. They refused to fix a leak for 12 months, that we reported numerous times, and now the apartment has mold. The place is falling apart but they raised rent. Management is dishonest and dismissive. And that is just ONE of the multitude of ongoing issues not just in this apartment, but at this complex, and their sister complexes as well.The only reason we live at our current complex is becuase their sister complex failed to get a unit ready for us by our lease start date, and tried to have us accept the unit that had toilets off set, doors off hinges... it was in the middle of the make ready process. And to top it all off they tried to steal our deposit when they are the ones who failed to fulfill their terms of the agreement.I dont make these statements lightly, I have been a property manager for over 7 years and extend an exhausting amount of ***** and patience. They truly embody the definition of a greedy scumlord.

      They were disrespectful and would enter my apartment without my permission, increased my rent every month and then tried to charge me $4000 for breaking my lease

      I have lived at property for a year now. Upon my moving in I had filled out the required information/housing check list, I had stated to the property manager what was needed to be done (fix exhaust fan in bathroom, replace air filter, and clean the apartment). I moved into my apartment and NONE of those things were done/completed. I went without complaint until last Tuesday 7/3/24 I woke up sweating and 82 degrees. I called the "emergency number" for "maintenance" to come look at my AC unit. No one contacted me back about it until I called the main office. It has taken over a week now to get my AC looked/tried to be fixed! I am ashamed that so many properties in the community are ran by people that have no human compassion or knowledge of the state/city regulations for being a "landlord."

      Glad they got rid of ****** he was the worst rude and no management skills.Glad we now have a professional manager here. Absolutely shows the property is at its finest! And work orders actually get done!!!!

      The entire experience living here has been extremely disappointing. It started with us being tricked into signing a lease for a completely different apartment. This particular apartment wasn't even properly prepared for our move in, even though we waited at least a month before they'd let us move in. So many things needed replaced or repaired, some of which has still yet to be fully done even after over a year here. This speaks to the state of the rest of the complex, just ignored & poorly maintained. Property staff changes out like every 4 months. I couldn't tell you the number of property managers they've ran through, just in the 14 months we've been here. The office doesn't give proper notice for maintenance, EVER. Which results in maintenance just letting themselves into your home, freely, even if you're indisposed or indecent. Then if you try to raise this issue with anyone in the office, they'll just gaslight you because they have no intention of making their tenants feel comfortable living here. My AC was broken when I moved in late February, but we still went 29 days of the 2023 summer without it being repaired because the first maintenance guy they sent refused to go on the roof to check the unit. So I had to put in a second request & wait for them to send another maintenance man. Our fridge went out at one point & it wasn't replaced for 8 days. The office wasn't even aware of the emergency request when I called for an update on day 7. Just to be brought a used fridge with missing shelves as replacement. Not to mention the apartment smelling strongly of cat urine, 2 of the 3 windows needing replaced, balcony needed 6-9 boards replaced because the previous tenant burned them to charcoal. They refuse to replace the water heater, even though the bottom is completely rusted. I could go on & on. Just all around poor experience. Completely unprofessional company.

      I came home from a work trip to find a broken window. its clear it was done by a rock. I sent in a work or to the office, they fixed it with duct tape. Four months later I get a phone call they want me to pay $505 to repair it. It's a ton of things wrong including molding carpet, leaking air conditioners, to dishwasher that won't drain water, to no running water in the kitchen!

      Months after I had moved out of one of their properties in ****** I received a bill. I had emailed the office of my apartment as well as several other relevant emails requesting explanation of the fees and received no response. A week later I called the number for the corporate offices in *** and asked for a response. Only then did I receive a email back from the regional manager. The regional manager was less than helpful, refused to provide evidence. And deliberately ignored my requests of evidence. The property I lived in is falling apart. My maintenance requests would sit for months. If I listed every issue I have had with the company and the property it would take all day. I will simply say it was a truly bad experience. I will never rent Eucalyptus in the future.

      My apartment is infested with roaches and mouse. Maintenance don't fix nothing. Every other month they under new management. The ceiling falling apart. When it rain the ceiling leaks. When you wash dishes the pipes leak water every where. This apartments not safe for anyone the live in.

      This company owns multiple business across multiple ******. I currently live in one of their apartment buildings in ******, **. The apartment ****** has been recently fired for trying to do her job even though everyone above her made it impossible. After signing my lease July 1st, there has been nothing but issues with the apartment since the door opened minutes after signing. There is no working ac still 2 months later. I have only had running water for a few weeks. The electrical is all sorts of messed up and half the outlets don't even work.

      My apartment building is infested with bats. My ******** have awaken to bats flying over us. We got out safely no thanks to emergency 24-hour maintenance line. Was told by the complex manager that maintenance doesnt handle critter calls. Reported it to this office first thing in the morning. They didnt come out until the next business day. My guess is they thought the bars would leave beforehand. It had not it was hiding in my kids medicine closet. I tried calling pest control myself & some refused to work for the owner. This is the 3rd time a company refuses to work for him, all stating he doesnt like to pay his bills. The last 2 nights my ******** were chased after I come home from work, by a bat in the halls. My kids screaming in terror & is falling & tripping over one another. They are traumatized & begging me to move. I would love to move & not be held financially responsible for the owners not upholding their end of the lease. I have yet to know how they plan on keeping them out. We have had 5 encounters in 2 months. I have been complaining of hearing them in the attic & in the walls. I have holes under my sinks in both bathrooms. Reported when I moved in, no one had come to seal them. No action plan followed. They supposedly sealed off my bathroom ventilation to try to detour them from entering there. We have had unexplained bites & sickness for a while now. No one seems to care nor thinks this situation is urgent enough to tenants lives until someone is bitten. I plan to report them for code violations. An investigation & shut down is well over due.
