  if i could give them 0 stars i would. rude management, the leasing associates hang up on you mid conversation if they hear something they don't like, maintenance walks into your house unannounced WITHOUT KNOCKING. i could go on.

  ******* apt is a miserable place to live I currently live here and I have waited a week for some one to come fix my AC we have been in a heat advisory 102 today he finally showed up said he put freon in outside unit and by the middle of the night we would see a difference when he left the temp started going up not down. The unit is old from the 70s. There's constantly mice problems the air vents don't work because there so filthy inside my bathroom floor is sinking in I'm tired of telling them the same things over and over like today not a thing got fixed after waiting a week , if he put koolent in outside unit we should have felt a difference within a few min instead it just got hotter now its 90 in my apartment

  Where do I begin. The leasing staff, are a bunch of crooks. Upon move-in, they lost my keys and refuse to show me the apartment. The apartment was trashy. The apartment had a very strong dog smell, dog feces on the carpets in all the rooms, dirty kitchen, dirty, bathroom, and trash in the apartment. I gave them my inspection sheet and took pictures. They refused to clean the apartment. I had to pay someone to shampoo the carpets and to deep clean the apartment before I moved in. I also shampooed the carpet several times while I lived there. Upon move out, the place was very clean. The leasing agent was surprised on the cleanliness of the apartment. I took a video of the apartment incase I need it. 2 1/2 months go by and still didn’t hear about my deposit. I went down to the leasing office and spoke to the manager and she said to me I should’ve received my deposit within 30 days. It didn’t happen. Then she mentioned that I should’ve clean the apartment and clean the carpet before I moving out. It was clean. I took a video upon moving out and showed it to her. She then mentioned that she had to talk to the management group and will let me know. A week goes by I check in with her and she says she hasn’t even spoken to them. Another month goes by and she says the same thing. The leasing office management are crooks. I moved out in September. It’s now March so six months later and I haven’t received my deposit. This place is a bunch of crooks and scam artists. Don’t live at 21W at Wichita State.

  I am a current tenant at 21W Aparments in Wichita, Kansas. I choose this place because of how close it is to WSU. So far everything has worked out okay. I pay a little bit extra each month for a carport but is so worth it so I don't have to scrape the snow off my car! I love how I can pay my rent at Wal-Mart and get all my other shopping done in one place. Would definitely recommend this place especially for incoming fellow WSU students. Go Shockers !

  I have lived at my apt for 14 months, from day 1, it has always had a musky odor, coming from HVAC unit, but about 5 months ago, I had a leak coming in from the ceiling fan, and since then, my apt has had such a terrible smell, coming from AC vents, it's so bad at times, I have to leave Apt or wear a mask, I really strongly believe it's a mold problem, I started with H/A, congestion, watery eyes, just bad allergy problems, now nose bleeds, burning throat, etc. which are symptoms of mold exposure, I have complained to office, several times, but they refuse to do anything, well they did send Ac man out once, but he only checked the thermostat to see, if air worked, which it does, but that's not the problem, I quit using air conditioner, and bought me a window unit, the smell is not so bad now, since I don't use their air much, but it's still there, so please if your concerned, about your health at all, this is not the place for you, I also have had other maintenance request, but they are never taken care of properly, oh also it's suppose to be a smoke free complex, but my apt smells of strong weed 80 percent of the time, and that itself is a disgusting smell itself.

  This resident was let out of here lease without penalty. We have had maintenance check her unit as well as the city inspector that she called, and they did not find the "mold" or any other issues that she has complained of.
