    This is the worst place to go for anyone. I bought a a/c compressor at 9:05 AM and went to the mechanic and figured out that I need the Fan not the a/c compressor. So, I went back to this place at 11:00 Am and tell them that this is not the part that I needed and ask for the refund but they did not take the parts back saying no refund policy and request several times but they declined. It is already pain for me to repair it and now bought the part that is of no use. They do not even try to cooperate with you.

    This customer purchased and received the exact part that he requested. There are 9 signs that are clearly posted in the office that say no returns or refunds as well as on the invoice in which he signed for. His car was misdiagnosed by someone that looked at his car, and when he actually took it to a professional mechanic he was told that that was not the problem and he then attempted to return the item for that reason. We only return or refund items that have failed due to warranty, and this customer did not have such an issue. Customer clearly understood store policy before the purchase was made.
