    7/5/24 Contacted warranty company about car needed to be repaired. Car was towed to the dealership. 7/8/24 called warranty company to get an update and was told an inspector would go out to inspect my vehicle within ***** hours.7/10/24 Called warranty company and was told inspection had not been done. 7/11/24 Called warranty company and was told inspection would be completed by the end of business day.Called warranty company @ 6:47 after contacting dealership and found out inspection had not been done. I spoke to a CSR and ask to speak with a manager. I was placed on hold for approximately 50 minutes; hung up and called back only to receive a message saying the business was closed and it gave me the their business hours.Unacceptable customer service.
